If you can find a better target with polite workers, I'd advise you to go there. We as a people, as a collective, spend way too much at Target to be treated impolitely. I will not stand for it, nor will I be patronizing this store again. Y'all can do better, it's just a matter of if you'd like to. The dude that worked at the electronics counter and the person at the returns counter were extremely rude as if my dollars didn't directly contribute to their paychecks. Slamming stuff around and just being dismissive in general... once I brought it up to dude that I noticed his rudeness, he quickly adjusted but you will never come into my workplace and have to tell me about my attitude. DO BETTER DAPHNE TARGET EMPLOYEES!!! Until then, I'll keep my money. read more

Good Store, I drove across the Mobile Bay Causeway just to come here; & have been here several times in the last 3 years. I always find what I need & I come here because sometimes I find stuff here that the two Targets in Mobile do not have. My favorite section is the makeup/ shampoo/ beauty sections. I am a curvy, tall, plus size lady, I came looking for dresses, other things in my size plus shorts & socks for my husband. I found everything I was looking for. This store has four self checkouts & adequate staff. I was able to find wood hangers that had been in short supply since The Pandemic, & some houseplant planters. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is smaller, & is always full, but never so bad that I cannot find a parking space. read more

This is a pretty good target. Staff is knowledgeable about the zone the work in and can look up where to find things if they don't know. The cashiers are friendly and have always greeted us with a smile. Because of its location in Daphne it can occasionally not have what you need but overall they have products that we need. read more

To be fair, I haven't been in a Wal-Mart for 12 years and this was my 3rd time in a Target in 10 years. Now I know where all the Moms with little kids go! I actually had fun and checkout was quick. But the aisles are way too tight. It had been a long time since I saw folks roll their eyes. The place is a one-way cart fest. My reliance on Amazon is higher now, but it wasn't an awful experience. read more

I've been coming to this target for over five years and I normally use self checkout. This is the ONLY target I feel watches my every move checking out. Employees come out the woodwork just to stand RIGHT BEHIND ME. I'm so offended that they have to hover around me. Walmart doesn't even treat me like this. read more

I have no idea why this place has any less than 5 stars. This is the place I love to go to wander. Remember, all those who wander are not lost. I didn't even read the bad reviews, I'm sure it is rubbish. My son calls this place the Big House. (He is 2 and has never visited a jail.) Target is therapeutic in the fact is has everything I need. You don't go to Target for what you need, you let Target tell you what you need. I went in yesterday to get new undershirts for the hubs, deodorant for him, batteries and to glance through the clearance. I left with no shirts or deodorant because they didn't have either he requested, totally forgot the batteries and got myself new swim cover ups, bathing suit, our son 3 new bathing suits and shirts, 3 dinosaur planters, a llama beach towel and I did find my husband a cool shirt with flamingos and palm trees for our vacation. Anyways, I have nothing bad to say about Target. Neither should you. read more

Wanted to respond to the customer who was trying on nail polish.What if you have a nail fungus or even unclean hands.You spread that to someone else when you paint your nails and then put the brush back into the bottle.Who wants to buy polish that others have used.Very unsanitary!! read more

I spend money here like I actually make money here. To a lot of people Target is better then similar competition. *cough cough Wal-Mart cough cough*. I agree it is for most things. I have been here frequently. Compared to a lot of other Target stores this one is the best. Its employees are helpful and nice and really care about the store. Everything is always clean and tidy. I'd recommend this Target for sure. Also if you haven't heard of the Cartwheel app, look it up. And download the Target app. You scan the mobile apps and coupons barcode on the Target app and can stack it on top of what you choose on the Cartwheel app. You can also stack paper couons on top of these apps too! It's pretty awesome! read more

I wanted to say how much I appreciated the target worker Chris. I went up there for help with an order and he spent 25 minutes on hold with customer service for me. After that only to find out it was my mistake all along. He was kind throughout the whole experience. Thank you again. read more

I spoke with the manager, Sandi, again tonight and she was very apologetic towards the situation and noted that Target does not have a policy in regards to the nail polish. She acknowledged the employee- who name was actually Beverly- was in the wrong. I am pleased with the way Sandi handled the situation and I am hopeful that I will have more pleasant experiences at this Target location. read more

Have always loved target and their selections, but my grandmother and I received the worst possible customer service here! My grandmother doesn't get out that often but she loves target, so she got a target credit card and was taking me shopping for my new apartment. Several times throughout the store I couldn't find what I was looking for because it wasn't where it should be. When we got to the checkout I remarked on this, asking where something was and the girl flat out ignored me. THEN any grandmother was confused on how to use the credit card, because at target they have PIN numbers which she isn't used to. The cashier was beyond rude and treated my grandmother as less than her and even got other customers in line involved in embarrassing my grandmother because she didn't know her card had a PIN number. She's a 72 year old lady, and shes too embarrassed to go back in now. Beyond rude I will never be back. I spoke to the cashier and told her (I've worked in customer service for 5 years) you can't treat people this way and she was not apologetic or anything in any way. read more
