I have to find an employee to ask for help, however; when I go to the perfume department there is always someone who "wants to help". I know how to choose a perfume I like. Too many times the kids working want to sell me some perfume like I don't know what I'm looking for. It irritates me. I love that we have a Kohls in our town. My husband and I have shopped with Kohls for years. We have 30 people in our immediate family between our kids, their spouses and our grandkids. This is where we do 90% of our Christmas shopping every year. 2 years ago we spent $7000.00 on Christmas at this Kohls. We always get tons of Kohls cash to spend. This year we spent quite a lot close to the same amount that we spent a couple years ago. This year or not celebrating Christmas until January 3 because we have kids in the military and our kids are scattered. with that being said I was really frustrated this year. They had next to no women's under Armour sweatshirts. I have a couple daughter-in-law's that love their leggings and love their under armor sweatshirts this first year I couldn't get any. Okay no biggy well usually they have tons of the cutest clothes for jumping beans for the smaller kids for the grandkids that we have. They didn't have anything this year. I was really disappointed with the selections that they had this year and even though we spent comparable to what we spent two years ago, I didn't spend half of that at Kohl's this year, because the Pickens were so slim as really disappointed but the couple thousand that we did spend at the store our cashier the way he begged stuff as he wanted everything up in a ball and threw it in the bag. He did not fold one item so when I got home to take everything out of the bags and we had several of their giant bags full everything is wrinkled, and everything looks horrible. I was extremely embarrassed when I folded everything and put it in boxes for the kids and grandkids to open. I got questioned why is everything so wrinkled and I had to explain to them I want the cashier had done. I worked for Sears for years and we were always taught to fold everything. Nice and neat and put it in a bag neatly. I just feel like with everyone getting lazier and retail the one company that we've always been able to count on was Kohl's and this was just really frustrating this year, like even stuff that comes from Amazon is folded nice and neat and put in packaging and that's going through the mail and being tossed in the packages thrown about by male people. You just wouldn't expect that with Cole. I understand that they have help for the holidays, but they really need to train their employees better. read more

Can I review a place on it's bathroom alone? Well, I will anyways. Of all the Kohls I have been too this one had, actually it was pretty nice for any department store. That always impresses me, I'm a fan of clean bathrooms. The store wasn't too bad either. As with most Kohls I avoid the clothing department, nearly all of the clothes I have ever bought from Kohls doesn't last through much more than one wash without losing its shape. I tried to return a shirt bought from a Kohl's in Florida. I wanted the EXACT same shirt in a different size. It was a Christmas gift. The young man at the customer service said, go pick the one you want and we did, He scanned the shirt, it was 60 (the one from Florida) The one we picked was 55. We said...keep the five dollars, we just want the right size and the manager then proceeded to say...this isn't our policy, we have to average the price of the two shirts and we can only give you back 35 dollars, so if you want this shirt, you have to pay 15 plus change and tax. All we wanted was the same shirt in a different size. The manager was RUDE. The clerk was nice, but obviously quiet since the manager took over the transaction. Needless to say...we took the shirt we brought in and are giving it to someone that can wear it and not going to get a replacement and we will no longer be shopping at Kohl's. My sister that sent the shirt from Florida said, there shouldn't be a problem if you want to exchange it. I guess there is. As for no hassle returns...that wasn't the case. So for starters, it's Springfield Ohio. Can't say I would expect any different than to have the absolute worst possible customer service I've ever received. I actually work retail. So I know what that entails- shitty customers, miscommunications/misunderstandings, oh and did I mention shitty customers. So for me, having been on the other side, I try my best not to BE that shitty customer. But let me tell you this place sure as hell makes it hard. Long story short we bought a product that was on sale. After asking the cashier and being told we were incorrect. We followed through with the transaction. But the curiously in me just had to go back and double check. (We were right) So we called for the manager to ask for assistance. They then told us to go to the back and wait in the long ass line with only one associate working the return counter. No thanks. Upon arriving to the customer service counter we heard snide remarks being made by the cashier and that's when all hell broke loose. :-) nope. Not today sister. Then come to find out they still somehow managed to fuck up the return/ refund process. Pretty much I'm still $15+ short and there will be a call made to the corporate office. Don't waste your breathe depending on these associates for any type of assistance. Just call the corporate headquarters instead and I'm sure they'll do their job a little more effectively and appropriately. Oh and Beth- the manager- no help at all. Makes sense as to why her little employees feel such a sense of entitlement and disrespect toward their customers. bitches. read more

Kohl's has been my favorite place to shop for years. Now I have to complain. I received 2 air fryers for Christmas so I returned one of them on Jan 3 2018. The refund was $160. Since the refund was over $100 they are sending it my mail. Here it is Feb 20 2018 and still no refund. read more

Very nice store to shop! Very close to where I live and easy to get to. Last few times I was there the bathrooms needed cleaned.
