The jewelry is gorgeous and as someone who is a huge fan of gemstones the selection is truly impressive. They beautiful statues varying from wolves, Buddha's, mermaids, witches, foxes, and even cats. There tons of different candles, as well as options for burning sage. They also have a lot of great information on how to properly smudge. There was a line out the door and due to social distancing guidelines they are limiting the amount of people allowed in at a time which was much appreciated. It was also well worth the wait! We ended up picking up the most lovely and unique gifts. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

She was older and wore here gray hair in a knot on top of her head. She had brought out a cart of goods to be shelved. I was clearly looking at it and twice she aggressively yanked it away from me. I thought it was rude, but didn't say anything. Later, she was cleaning out dressing rooms and was audibly cussing. She opened a door and said? " Son of a bitch" quite loudly. My daughter and granddaughter were standing right there. My daughter looked at her and said, "Excuse me? You are cussing loudly and my daughter is right here!" The conversation escalated after that. The "knot top" worker would not stop arguing and told my daughter several times to "get a life"! My daughter walked to the front counter and asked for a manager. Then this "manager" (who was not the head store manager) told her to "calm down" and sided with "top knot"! I couldn't believe what I heard! I've encountered this woman several times in that store and have heard her using profanity many times. I've watched her throwing items on the shelf. This has NO place in a retail or public setting. And for a manager to support said worker and argue with a customer is just plain wrong. I've donated and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise over the years at this store. How dare they treat people like this? How dare they have an employee who cusses loud enough for customers and children to hear them? Any normal person would know how unacceptable this is!!

We even said we would unload and the first guy wouldn't even open the door. He was hollering through the glass at us. He was grumpy and said he couldn't help. We told him we didn't need the help and we would unload. He kept telling us to put it into the donation container and we kept telling him it would not fit. He finally just turned and walked away. About seven minutes after the donation hours two guys came out with big bins on wheels and started throwing stuff inside it. Neither of them said a word to us and we're very unfriendly.

Dressing rooms are many and large and there is always someone offering to help. After I get a few items in my hands, someone always offers to come over and start a fitting room for me. Employees check on you and ask if they can get you anything and don't hesitate to get you a different size if you need it. Don't pass up the free bra fitting. It may be a bit awkward, but its over the clothes and always help you find the right size for you. My best friend looked at 10 stores for the perfect strapless bra for her wedding and had no luck until I suggested Lane Bryant for a bra fitting. Within 10 minutes she got a fitting, an employee found the perfect bra and she was happy. Also, if you like something but its not in your size or color (I tried on the green shirt, but really like the pink one), they will order it for you and send it to your door for free!! Also, free shipping to the store when you order online and a $25 coupon when you pick up!! Oh, and location, location, location!! I go shopping, and hubby goes to Pies and Pints right next door.
