Now I remember why I stopped shopping at Kohl's! Used to be a frequent Kohl's customer but experienced so much crappy customer service, not to mention how insulting it is they jack prices waaaayyy up and then have a 70% off sale!! So after I moved to John Creek and had so many other shopping choices I was over them. I don't know what possessed me to stop here today, I just was looking for something new, didn't remember how much I dislike this store. Big mistake! As I'm in the fitting room I can hear someone yelling, screaming curse words, angrily and violently just cursing someone out. I was afraid to leave the fitting room! I was sure there was about to be a hostage situation in the middle of Kohls. As it turned out it was the Kohl's employees in the store room cursing and yelling and being sounding violent with one another. Still a little afraid that something bad was going to go down I took my one item and went to the service desk to check out. I also had a 15% off coupon from Yelp for checking in at Kohl's today. The cashier did not know how to use the coupon so she asked the manager, Michael. Michael informed me that they did not take Yelp coupons, that Kohl's had never had any kind of agreement to take a Yelp coupon and he couldn't help me. He said that if I wanted to sign up for their email club then Kohl's would send me coupons that I could actually use, in a nasty little voice. Forget you, Kohls! I will not tolerate poor, down-right nasty customer service. Great job losing a customer AGAIN. I can't wait to hear what Kohls corporate and yelp think of his refusal to accept coupon. read more

Waited to check out for 5 to possibly 10 mins, long enough another customer in the Returns line even pointed it out. The lady working Returns snapped at him and I quote "They called her away (referring to the cashier) and people just need to have patience". The checkout line grew to several people deep and not one cashier showed up. Ended up leaving without purchasing nearly $200 worth of goods. I would have waited a bit longer, if the cashier in Returns hadn't been so flippant and dismissive towards another customer just trying to help. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying. If you are not able to differentiate via better customer service then why should anyone shop there when we can buy online with zero attitude. This was Sunday, 2/23/20 around 11:45AM. read more

Rude cashier , manager non responsive, would not recommend this store, not to much to ask for good customer service

I used to really like kohls. It can be a one stop place to shop for kids and kitchen and bath items. Reasonable prices . Only buy brand name for adults but a good place to get kids clothing. I have had the electronic tags left on clothing four times in one year. The last time I specifically asked that no tags be left and everything be double checked as I didn't want to return to the store, yet again. Of course , I put on the new clothing and the tag was on the pant leg. I returned to the store and asked the only customer service person for help. She disregarded me . I had to go through two store managers to get help. If I have to return to a store after every purchase , it defeats the one stop shopping experience. I have turned off my kohls card and found a New place to shop. Bad customer service. Rude staff. read more

This Kohl's is the WORST Kohl's I have ever been to. Would give no star if possible. The woman at customer service lied to us about what we could exchange. Then when a manager was called, there was no response. However, there was a man that was able to return something without the actual merchandise, but he had to make a huge scene to get it done. I would not go to this store again. I went to this store to pick up an order that was placed online, the store associate was organizing her desk rather than helping me, after few minutes she finally calls me give my item, when I came home and checked the item it was missing a piece. I finally called the store manager Ms. Susan who eventually retrieved the item. I had to drive 40 miles(80 miles round trip) back to pick up that item. read more

This kohl's was pretty awesome. It's just as big as the location near my home (Duluth), but better organized. There always seem to be some sort of sale going on, and the customer service was great. Very friendly! I also like the dressing rooms. Most dressing rooms that don't have an attendant tend to be overstuffed and have remaining clothes still hanging in the rooms. Not here! Prices ok. Store a mess due to the sale. Husbands jeans were buy one get one 50% BUT they only had one in his size. And no floor staff were at all helpful. This totally did him in and I doubt he will be stepping into Kohl's any time soon. read more

ATTENTION LADIES! On any given day when you visit Kohl's, you will notice that they have an extreme mark-up on their clothing inventory and this is so that they are able to exaggerate your perceived savings. It is a common marketing technique. When you consider fair market value, you will come to realize that that 50% off simply brings the item down to a reasonable price. When it comes to undergarments, it is even worse! I recently visited to get a closer look at their undergarments, specifically the bras. I purchase my bras on line but sometimes I might want to check certain items in person. As you walk toward the lingerie department, you will see large signs indicating 40% off but as you get closer, you realize this discount only applies if you purchase three or more. The regular price for the Bali bra is $40 in the store, but I purchase it on-line for only $13. So that same $40 you spend on one bra allows me to purchase three bras. Is that really how you want to spend your money? Think about it! When it came to really getting a bargain, I always focused on the NIkes because they were always featured at great prices when on sale. Also, they really shine when it comes to those end of the season clearance sales toward the end of January. You will get great discounts on sweaters and other fall and winter items. They do not hold back so if you want to "Make a dollar holler" get ready to hit that "WE WANT IT GONE NOW!", end of season clearance sale. read more

This particular location is right behind my work. I've been coming here a lot on my lunch breaks. It is pretty nice place for all kinds of shopping. There is clothing, shoes, home decor, jewelry, etc. the customer service has been great and they are always very friendly. My friend came here the other day and bought something that was on sale for $60 and ended up paying ONLY $2.73 after using her kohls cash and coupon, AWESOME! read more

I walked in looking for a specific item. I know for a fact that I looked lost. Not one person said hello when I walked in or even asked me if I needed help as I wandered around. I walked past at least 3 people that I know were employees. After circling the store for about 10 minutes, I left, went to Ross, was greeted and found what I was looking for within minutes. I love this store. Recently renovated. Store looks like new. The deals are amazing. I have Kohl's credit card and almost always get 15, 20, or 30 % off in the mail. Also, if you look around online you can almost always find a coupon for the stores. Before I went to the store recently, I goggled coupons for Kohl's and found a 20% off everything in the store (even items on sale). I have never had a problem finding a sales person help me find something. I admit this store is busy, and you often have to wait in line.
