Although their prices are marked up before they add there "great diacounts" the workers here are always very nice. It's organized and clean. The dressing rooms were spot on, no clothes pile up and the attendant was great. My only complaint is I got a coupon from the cashier the day before for money that I spent for a little birthday shopping spree, and she told me I could use it the next day and I couldn't use the 20% off til the 30th...but my cashier was gracious enough to give me 15 percent off when I used my kohls card. Although it wasn't the 20 I expect, 15 is better than 0. read more

very odd but experience, this lady that looks like Jennifer Coolidge if you don't know who that is look it up LOL . She was giving off weird energy and seemed like she didn't want to deal with me ? so tried to rush me and on to the next customer , she wasn't going to give me a receipt for whatever reason and then she tried to tell me oh it's still not done printing when literally I bought one thing and it was a quick receipt and it was already printed as if she didn't want me to return it , I wasn't going to return it but damn lady don't be lying it's rude and not good customer service , that lady needs a better attitude towards customers. One of the best stores to shop and get things you need. The staff at this Kohls are excellent and efficient. They helped you all the way. I was surprised to see some false reviews about the staff and this place. My family has been coming here for years, and they are great and excellent, always working to help and assist. People with personal issues in their lives should desist from posting a negative review about this beautiful place. They should sort out their issue and not assume Kohls or the staff at this store are not doing their job. I feel great every time we shop here and always get a great bargain. One of the few stores I have a charge account. But, I will never shop there again. It's too risky. Made a payment on my account on Dec 21st and was double charge. I let the sales associate know he double charged me and he swore up and down he didn't. So, the next morning, I look at my checking account and Yes, I was overcharged. At this point, Ok. things happen. I go back to the store on Dec. 22nd and explain the situation to the manager on duty. She says she can not help, but can take my name and number to call me tomorrow after she speaks to her accounting dept. On Dec 23rd she calls me and says that I was indeed overcharged and will be getting a refund, but I need to come back into the store. I let her know I would wait until after Christmas to avoid the rush. So, On Jan 2nd I went back and a different manager on duty knew nothing about it and takes my name and phone number again. Jan 3rd he calls me and says that Yes, this was all taken care of and a refund has been issued on Dec 26th and I should get it 10 days after it was submitted. After the 10 days I called their corporate office and filed a complaint and was told I'd get a call back. Never did. I finally got the amount refunded to my account on Jan 14th, after making a dispute with my bank. I'm never shopping there again. read more

I have been a long time customer of Kohl's but have now cut my card up and will not go back. Placed an order on their Kiosk in store and a clerk even did it for me and I still didn't get my purchase. Had to make 6 phone calls and do my own research before they would issue me a credit. Also, placed any order on line and they sent me the wrong item. I need a short size and received a regular size. Now I order correctly and they shipped incorrectly. I had to order and pay again in order to receive the correct product. Then I had to drive over to the store to returned the product (really thought they should mail me a return label but NO). Deal with an extremely rude courtesy clerk and I ended up paying more for the replace product. These last two orders have been a nightmare and they out way any kind of deal you might receive at Kohl's. Also notice last time they had a 30% of sale that they actually raise their prices the day of those types of sales by $10.00 or $15.00 dollar. I used to go to Kohls a lot more than I do but their prices have gone up a lot of their clothing department for juniors and women doesn't have as many good sales as they used to and I feel as though their selection is more limited now that I'm a mother I go to the baby and Child departments and I went one time right after they had just opened and their baby department was so thrashed clothes were everywhere the racks are so full you couldn't even move the hangers to look at the items it was just a big mess and it wasn't like it was at the end of the day where a lot of customers came through, it was right after they opened, so clearly they're not keeping up on cleaning that side of the store and it was so overwhelming that I just ended up leaving because it wasn't worth the struggle trying to find good deals in the midst of the Mayham. if they were to just clean it up a little bit more I might go back.... read more

Very disappointed I received some slippers purchased at Kohls for Christmas, unfortunately they were the wrong size, I returned them but discovered the store did not have any in stock. I was told they may have some more with their next delivery, I returned to the store but was told they still had none and it was a seasonal item and they would not have any more until next Christmas, the thing I learned was never buy Christmas gifts at Kohls ever again. read more

I have been a Kohls customer for 15 years and had never had a problem until I visit Victorville Kohls. This is the worst place to shop. Horrible customer service! I was going to buy a comforted set that was on sale for 89 dollars and also had signs that said buy one get one half off. To make sure it was true I asked an associate which told me that Yes it was what it said bogo. So knowing this was the sale I decided to buy two of them. Once I came to the register I was told they were not going to honor the bogo because it was already on sale. I told Darlene that an associate had already told me that they were buy one get one half off. I also told her their was 5 signs saying it was on sale. Her response was that it was a lack of training also that she would not honor the sale and to top it off she was very rude. I was at the register waiting for 30 minutes what a waste of time and energy. I will never shop kohls Victorville horrible...... read more

If you know how to shop at kohl's you will get great stuff for dirt cheap prices. Sign up to receive emails and they'll send you a $5 gift certificate, good towards anything, if you have a credit card from them, you will get a monthly catalog and coupon cards, usually 3 of them, one is 15, 20, or 30% off everything which you can use as many times as you want till it expires, one "pick your day" savings card, one "dollar amount" off with a minimum purchase. On top of that, when you spend $50 you'll get kohl's cash, basically a gift certificate, usually $10 or $15 around the holidays. which you can use WITH any coupons that you may have as well, you don't have to spend the $50 all at once either, you can go twice, spend $25 each time, show the cashier your old receipt and you'll still get it! ALSO you can get 1 point on every dollar you spend and with every 100 points you get $5 reward, I've bought $50 jeans, on sale for $25 and with a coupon and a kohl's cash certificate gets brought down to 8 or $9... So basically if you shop here right you will get incredible deals on mostly high quality products. To top this all off, if you ever have any problems with something you've bought, even with no receipt, if you can find something that has the same tag price, even if it's not on sale or you paid less for the item you're unhappy with, they'll exchange it! As long as whatever you're exchanging isn't on clearance. But even then they'd still work with you, management is super awesome. This is the only department store that has something for almost every budget, high or low, and I respect that, a lot. read more

Kohl's has many sales. Their so-called coupons are more lake a bait and switch tactic. They promise much; but, if you look on the back you with a magnifying lens you will find that virtually everything you might want is excluded. some might suggest this is a fraud. read more

The staff was all very helpful, my daughter is getting too big for the childrens sizes so we made the move into jrs sizes and me not knowing the women sizes it was nice having some ladies to help.
