I won't lie, I mainly shop at Kohl's when they have a good sale and their extra percentage off. However, I do visit here to do Amazon returns and it is so convenient! Even with the never ending return line, I have had only good interactions with the employees. After my returns, I do browse the store. It is usually stocked and organized neatly. read more

I went to the West Miffin Store to return items and then shop for new items. To my surprize the checkout and return are in the front of the store. I stood in a maze of junk things that went on and on behind 20 people andin front of 15 people. There were only 2 cashiers until the line went to 10 and the line behind me at about 20. They finally got another cashier. Aflter spending 20 minutes waiting to get to a cashier I was not about to shop for new items. So you just lost more sales because of the change you made. I learned that the CEO was from Marshalls. Kohls is not Marshalls and should not be treated as such.You are going to ruin what Kohls has always stood for witch is good service. The customer service at this Kohls has been very disappointing the last few times I have shopped or picked up an online order. First of all, I never get confirmation that my order is ready, all the other locations thus far have always sent me an email saying my order is ready. No big deal except the customer service employee was not the nicest and acted like I was bothering her. The visit before that the sales associate checking me out was not very personable and acted bothered that I wasn't using my Kohl's charge to pay for my purchase. All in all the rest of the store is ok. I know people are stressed but you shouldn't take it out on your customers. read more

Like many a women before me I love shopping and buying new things. Kohls makes the process easy. They ave a great verity of everything from cloths to home goods. They even have toys and makeup. On this particular trip I was looking for special dressy outfits for myself and the little man. The selection on both was quite large. I ended up getting a set for my boy and a sweater and pants for myself. I also got shoes to go with. I only really have 2 issues with this store. 1. Where are the people who work here? For being the last day they are open before Black Friday I feel there should have been at least one person in every department. I only saw 1 girl on the actual floor. The 2 others were at the register. 2. Why bother doing Kohls cash? I would rather you just take it off my total. That said I will be back soon too spend my Kohls cash. read more

The store is disgusting and the bathrooms are deplorable. The store is disorganized with clothing thrown all over the place. Manager is rude when I pointed the unclenliness out. So many customers walking around not wearing masks. I have been at several Kohls and the West Mifflin Kohls by far is terrible. The management team really needs to step up. read more

Would not recommend shopping at any of Kohl's Stores. Prices are raised prior to sales. Credit department is unfriendly & not customer oriented. I realize it's a business, but they lost my business (& I know of others) because of their lack of good customer service. With all the on-line shopping available & other department store competition, one would think Kohl's would go above & beyond to keep their customers. read more

I don't shop at Kohl's often. I'm a curvy girl and while they have tons of great fashions for not so curvy girls, their Plus size department style leans toward a great aunt or your grandma. Occasionally they will add a current look but not often. Of course I don't go in often. I usually go into Kohl's if I'm looking for a specific item and can't find it anywhere. On this occasion I was looking for a pair of shoes to go with a dress for a special occasion. They had a decent selection but nothing that caught my eye. I decided just to walk around the store to see if anything might look interesting. They had a couple of shirts in the Plus section that I liked but they were $38 each. I didn't like them enough to pay almost $40 for t-shirts. I continued to look around and found some nice backpacks. I have a trip coming up that we are only packing backpacks for so I had been trying to find one that was room you and durable enough to withstand the trip. I actually found a very nice Adidas one that was colorful but wouldn't show dirt. It wasn't on sale but I decided it was worth paying full price for since I knew how much use I would get out of it traveling. That was my whole purchase-a backpack at full price. I was never approached or greeted by a salesperson. The only time I had interaction with an employee was to pay for my backpack. The lack of customer service and lack of selection for Plus size women is why I rarely go there. read more

It's a standard kohls. Nothing over the top nothing too low class. They always seem to be crowded and I hate parking there. It is close to giant eagle and home Depot so the convenience of killing 2 birds with one stone is nice... read more
