Delicious rolls and impressive presentation for a small scale sushi restaurant. I tried their Koi sampler and various special rolls and enjoyed the presentation for the dragon on fire roll. Prices were very reasonable and the staff was super friendly! If you're looking for a wide variety of food, they also had several selections of hibachi and ramen dishes. Would highly recommend if you're in the area!

Wow! This place was amazing. Went there for my son's birthday incredibly fresh and delicious sushi. My youngest son got the Mongolian beef and said it was the best he's ever had. The service was incredible. We even got cheesecake for his birthday. We will definitely be coming back. It's so cute and decorated adorable in there.

The Edamame were good and the Squid Salad was excellent, great appetizers enough to share.

Absolutely loved eating in the hallways that John Dillinger once roamed as well on his way to his cell. I've seen the downstairs of the old courthouse when I was a kid back in the 80s and I love what they've done with the place!! it was my husband's birthday so he selected a very nice Japanese whiskey as they do have a very nice selection of sake and whiskey as well as craft cocktails. As for the food we started with the smoked wings. The marinade was black, garlic, maple and saki sprinkled with a nice tuxedo, sesame seed and oh my wow!!! The flavors were outstanding, probably the best wings I've had in years! The wings were also super meaty and juicy and they bring out steamed towels for your hands, a nice touch. My husband enjoyed the chef special of the evening which was a black truffle Ramen bowl with oyster mushrooms, snow peas, bean sprouts, and a little pork belly and oh so good! Definitely worth the 15$. I couldn't choose as usual, because there was so many things I wanted to try. I had studied the menu before wanting to have the Thai fried rice with the crab, but they were out of the crab so I asked the server what his favorite things were, and I chose one of them which was the Birria Ramen. It was unreal right down to the tiny little details. There was no way I could finish the broth as it was pretty rich, however, extremely good. I highly recommend Ramen district. We will be back and time again especially because the great service sealed the deal! He was super helpful , attentive and friendly.... Plus he has good taste in old punk music. It was cozy, not too loud and we made sure to ask the server questions. Check it out

Waitress didn't seem to care that we were very disappointed watching us. $100 for a very poor, dirty experience. The only good thing was the alcohol basic and hard to mess up.

I ordered a bunch of different things so we could try a bit of everything, and overall it was really good. I got the sushi boat for two ($62.99), and I was impressed by how much food it was for the price. It's all chef's choice, the rolls we got in our order was a Godzilla roll and a California roll. It also doesn't mention it on DD, but it includes miso soup and salad for two as well, which was a nice bonus. The fish tasted fresh in everything we ordered. We also got more rolls. The super white tuna roll ($6.49) was exactly what you'd expect. The salmon tempura roll ($7.99) wasn't too heavy or oily. The golden pillows appetizer ($6.99) was one of my favorites. It's tofu skin stuffed with rice and and spicy tuna and topped with avocado. It's well balanced and I wish they came in a larger order. You get two pieces. My other favorite was the volcano roll ($15.99) which is fried white fish and cream cheese topped with spicy tuna. I also tried the sweet potato tempura roll ($5.99) which was way too crunchy for my preferences. I would have preferred it to be softer. That said, everything else was delicious, and I'd definitely order again. I'd just skip the sweet potato roll next time.
