Despite that, I was charged the full "no-show" fee for both services. When I called to explain what happened and try to resolve the issue, the owner told me that I was required to pay the full price of the services--even though I never received them and the appointment had been scheduled for the wrong day. What makes this even more upsetting is the amount I was charged. Their website shows these services starting around $90 each, yet I was charged $120 for each service, for a total of $240, for services I never even received. I understand businesses having cancellation and no-show policies, but charging a customer the full cost of two services after an appointment-date mix-up--and charging amounts higher than the advertised starting prices--without providing any service feels completely unreasonable. I tried to address this directly with the owner and was given no reasonable resolution. After this experience, I have completely lost trust in this business and will never be back. Also, numerous times they had messed up on my nails (they're constantly getting in new techs that aren't fully trained) and only once did the owner attempt to make it right. Just a bad business, bad scammer vibes.

My former Lash Tech stopped working there so I decided to try making an appointment with her her younger sister Cindy. The first time was pleasant and her ability to catch up while working swiftly was very admirable. However my lashes didn't stay adhered. Perhaps my hair quality has changed and my current lash texture doesn't like the glue. I came back in 7 days and Cindy fixed it for me and together we agreed to a shorter lash length, changing the diameter and trying a different glue.
