It's been about three years now and it's been an addiction for sure! Over the course of three years, I've never had any issues with excessive lashes falling out or any reactions to the glue. It has seriously been life changing! It has saved me so much time in the morning while getting ready for work. I recently decided to get my brows redone by Dianne and she did an amazing job with the combo technique that she recommended for me. I've had microblading done before by another artist and this time with the combo technique, I definitely like it a lot more since I have thinner brows. Now having both brows and lashes done by Dianne, I can literally walk out the door and feel confident without having to wear any make up at all! Dianne is down to earth and easy going! Olga has done my lashes twice and I can love how each lash is truly isolated. Any avid lash addict knows the struggle of going to new salons or artists, only to have 2-3 lashes glued to a messy fan with globs of glue. I have short Asian lashes, which is why I try to choose a lash artist who utilizes a thinner lash width and focuses on a clean and precise fan to lash ratio. Highlights: 1) fills are super affordable, and you can come in a little after 2 weeks. I personally don't think you need a fill every 2 weeks, since I've found the UV curing method keeps retention longer 2) easy parking, safe area 3) easy appointment set up (online and usually pretty available) 4) sets and fills are both super quick 5) work is impeccable and detail oriented 6) my fills last due to the UV light curing Only thing I don't love is the chair you sit in since I'm shorter (5'0). It doesn't fully recline and I feel like sometimes I have to sit super stretched and upright to get the best angle for the service. Another thing to note is that the UV light is warm on your eye, and I've had some burning during application (most glues are irritable for me though). In addition, if the glue has been cured on your eyelash instead of the base (due to the UV curing I think), it can look like you have some water droplets on some of the lashes. But overall I don't think it's as noticeable and will continue to return to Beauty Lab!

So my first appointment i asked for eyelashes to be removed and i wanted a new set... im new to this and don't know what you can or cant do.. (Like wait 24 hrs to get a new set) 1. First appointment I go in and the office was messy and a little dirty. She attempted to removed eyelashes.. But didn't take them all off... She then started to immediately try to put a new set on, but Was saying it wasn't working..and she was using a lot of glue... I said...why didn't we stop and try tomorrow? She agreed to a next day appoinment...When i saw them it looked a little odd...but not awful 2. Second day..she was about an hour late...and overnight the multiple eyelashes she glued together to what was a "set" of lashes ended up falling off and taking a clump of my eyelashes with them... She saw and tried to "work around" she ended up gluing clumps of eyelashes together.. Got glue in my eye and the end result was awful. Just awful. On top of all of this i had a groupon she told me she was not honoring the groupon on the website..so i could pay her and get money back from groupon or just "have one service".
