I needed to wash an XL comforter that would not fit in my home washer/dryer. I decided to go to Koin Klein Laundry in Haines City. A great decision. I arrived around 8:30am on a Friday morning and the place, which opened at 7:00am, was already busy. The premises were clean and well-serviced. There are a lot of washers and dryers of different sizes from which to choose. There was a bill changing machine for the quarters that I thought I needed. There were vending machines for laundry supplies as well as snacks and drinks. I found an XL washer and an XL dryer which I could pay my credit card. The rates were very reasonable. There were plenty of places to sit while waiting. I was there less than an hour to get the job done. I will definitely be back when I need a larger washer/dryer than I have at home. read more

Sometimes one or more of the credit card readers (on the machines) doesn't work. Not all machines have credit card readers. Be prepared to use cash. They have coin changers. The place is constantly being cleaned by attendants. Lots of machines. Lots of parking. read more

Very clean laundry, but why, if they close at 10, is half the laundry closed and unusable by 7, leaving the area where the machines are larger and more expensive? Because of this situation, my son had a problem with the employee there, who called my son stupid, which I understand is unacceptable. I can say that my son was upset, but because of the way that employee treated him. Let the boss tell me if he's aware of this situation. I went to this establishment on Monday to do my laundry. I went Tuesday afternoon because I thought I had left some of my clothes due to the manager not allowing me to use one side of the laundry mat and having to use washers that were spread out throughout the laundry mat instead of using washers that were lined up in a row that were empty because she had cleaned them already. I was told Tuesday by a gentleman working there that I would have to return in the morning to speak with the manager. I asked if there was a number I could call and he replied the business does not have a phone. I explained to the man that I leave for work at 5:30 in the morning because I work an hour away and I don't make it back to town until between 6:30-7 pm at night. He told me to stop by at 5:30 -6 in the morning and she would be there. I was unable to stop by the following day because of my work hours so I stopped by today which is Saturday and the same man was there. When I spoke with him and inquired about the lady he said she does not come to work until 3pm. I return later today to speak with her and told her I thought I left a load of black clothes on Monday. She informed me that if clothes are left they put them in a basket in the corner for 1 day and if nobody claims them she throws them away. I told her that nobody told me that clothes are put in a basket in a corner or I might have been able to pick up my clothes if they were there on Tuesday. Half of those clothes that I left were my uniforms for work. I feel that the laundry mat should not only inform the workers of the policy they have in place about throwing laundry away but also where to locate clothes if someone returns for their items. I also feel like they should give a longer grace period for patrons to return for their belongings instead of throwing their clothes away. I would like to reach out to the owner of this establishment to see if he agrees with how their business is being conducted on their behalf. read more

It is the cleanest laundry mat ever! The owner takes pride. He cleans out where you pour in the detergent. Most I've been to are all detergent spills. Bathroom always see him cleaning it. Everytime I go there either the owner or staff cleaning!!! read more

Went to the laundry mat at 8:30pm on 2/6/25 to wash clothes. I step inside to load my clothes in the wash, the worker got super close and glared at me to the point I was very uncomfortable. I asked him if there was a problem, he instantly gave me the biggest attitude, started raising his voice, threatening me that at 10pm he will physically throw me out regardless if my clothes are dried or not. He also tried to block the coin machine so in the end my clothes took longer to wash just for him having a tantrum. Thank god my husband was there because I was so scared for my safety. He was ready to get close to me and yell aggressively towards me but was quiet when my husband got in front of me. He's not even man enough to confront my husband but seems like he didn't mind being aggressive towards me. I took my newborn baby and we waited in the car until the clothes were dry. That man is very disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

Best laundromat I have ever been in. Maintenance staff on site to fix any problem you have at all. Friendly people use this facility. They actually say hello and good morning to you. Rare to find in FL. Lol read more

I had to start coming here since our machine broke. It's honestly the cleanest laundry mat I've been to. The ladies who work here are so friendly and it's always nicely air conditioned, unlike near by places that are muggy and smelly. I feel safe coming here and doing my laundry read more

We are full time RV'ers and are always looking for good laundromats. Well this is definitely one! Multiple different sized washers 30 - 100 lbs capacity along with properly sized dryers. Clean establishment with safe surroundings. We will definitely be back if in the area! read more
