It's actually now clear to me why I observed an associate demeaning a paying customer who struggled with his English language. Gossip about other customers and even points them out. I feel an obligation to share - one of the staff members and I had just a brief political discussion - yet stated "I don't discuss politics". Clearly she did. She made it clear to me that the dehumanization of any person, regardless of background, history and more - was really not worthy of any consideration or respect, even for basic needs. Unfortunately, this establishment serves a diverse customers. I hope they see this and do as I - do not financially support a business that's against you and or your beliefs, rights and more. Shame!

It's mostly a drop off laundry service place but the Girls are nice and I can get my California King comforter washed in there really huge front loader for under$7 problem is there's only one available that big & usually always full . After refusing to correct or discount - the cashier struggled to make change. She could not do the math without using her phone's calculator, I had to wait around while she tried to figure it out. I can't fathom being this difficult to work with, staining a customer's item, and then demanding full price for both lackluster attention to detail AND a ruined item. The positive reviews on other platforms are also pretty suspicious and read like they were paid for. Note the overuse of the business name and the weirdly generalized scenarios mentioned in most reviews. I'll add photos very soon. I hate leaving reviews but after being told rudely "pay full price then leave" I feel I have no other recourse but to negatively review them across all platforms. Offering to correct the damage or discounting for a ruined item was an option they chose not to entertain. Take your business elsewhere.
