I called in and the same girl at the front desk once again looked at my chart, said she remembered me, and that yes it was only $50 each visit so I should contact my insurance. I did, they said she misunderstood. I am now on the hook to pay the additional $436, which ends up being more than cash pay. No help was given other than a "payment plan". It feels like fraud to me.
