He is a kind and nice person, very informative and patient. Never once feeling rushed, his attentiveness is evident. Not only leading up to my surgery but also afterwards with my follow up. I was needing an MRI which is fine but I have now waited another week no call on MRI so I call my insurance and they have not heard from OCI at all, call the nurse she said she has not submitted paperwork yet and it would be another week for her to submit paperwork. Then another week or two before I would be in for the MRI. I am not ok waiting over a month to get help. I have removed myself as a patient and will go elsewhere to seek help.
