It was a traffic standstill and it was pouring. No Uber. No Lyft. No one even wanting to talk to me. I knew it would take time after the event to get a ride, but this was over 1.5 hours after the event. Enter Mike of 9 Star Taxi. He was so kind and understanding and willing to work with me to get me back to my hotel.​ What a gem I found in Mike. Nice, concerned people still exist!. And reasonable! I know you were ready to call it a night, yet you got me safely to my hotel. Thank you Mike!!

This morning a little before 7am, I hit something in the road and immediately I lost my driver side front tire and was stranded hour and a half from home. I immediately called my insurance company as I have road side assistance. The first tow company canceled the pick up saying they could not find me after over an hour and a half waiting and they didn't even call me so I could help them locate me. Luckily, Priority Towing picked up my ticket and had help to me within 20mins. Mr. David and the owners calmed me down and came to help me. All heros don't wear capes, sometime they have a calm voice and a tow truck.

I asked him since I'm paying by debit card how do I pay. He said the office handles that. I get home and am waiting for him to show up. About 35 minutes goes by and I get a text saying that if I don't pay they will take my car back to their shop. I tried calling them and no answer. I replied to the text and finally get ahold of them. They say they have been trying to call me for payment, mind u, I have proof of no missed calls from this company. They tell me that they took my vehicle back to their lot since they couldn't get ahold of me, which again I only received one text and when the text was received I immediately replied and tried to call them. They tell me since they took the car back it would be $200 instead of the $125. This is absolutely unprofessional because I did not receive any phone call from the office. I would never use this company or recommend this company to anyone.

I was okay with it initially back in December, but ongoing, I never received any follow up emails, phone calls or texts to let me know my status in January or assist me to be able to take part in the Biloxi Trip. Overall, I rate this company as a 1 out of 5, based on poor communication, insufficient customer service and honestly they didn't seem to care about getting me on this junket and/or make alternative plans. It was tree-lined, and fairly scenic. Loop 2 looks like a recent add-on and is basically just a gravel parking lot; not very scenic and right next to the main road. Wi-fi was there but not great, but we were told they were in the process of upgrading. It's also a little further away from Columbia than I wished it was, but that's on me for not looking at the map better. But it's easily 25 minutes from Columbia proper. If you're in the area and looking for a basic place to park that has full hook-ups, this will do just fine. But I wouldn't expect much more.
