It is not often that I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating to a company but I wish I could to this one. This morning a little before 7am, I hit something in the road and immediately I lost my driver side front tire and was stranded hour and a half from home. I immediately called my insurance company as I have road side assistance. The first tow company canceled the pick up saying they could not find me after over an hour and a half waiting and they didn't even call me so I could help them locate me. Luckily, Priority Towing picked up my ticket and had help to me within 20mins. Mr. David and the owners calmed me down and came to help me. All heros don't wear capes, sometime they have a calm voice and a tow truck. read more

We had Priority Towing pick up a 1954 Buick Special in Lexington, SC and tow it to our son in Johns Island, SC. We called them on a Friday and they came the next day to do this job. Every person we encountered, from the telephone call to the tow driver, was professional and very courteous. We would highly recommend using this company. read more

if I could give no stars I would. Requested a tow at 9:15am no call but received text saying will be on the way. 3:30pm I called all to be told they can't complete job, had they communicated earlier I could have made other arrangement. The rude guy who answered the phone offered no resolution to the issue. Never again will I use or recommend this company. read more

I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!! My car was having some issues on the highway to where I called triple AAA to send a company to attempt a jump off. This company accepted the order and I was told 3 times that the tow guy was coming. Upon waiting 3 HOURS on the side of a busy highway, His only excuse was "it's been a busy day". Upon arriving the guy immediately said he didn't think it would crank, he took 5min to check my car out and it wouldn't crank. He recommended a tow but said I had to call triple AAA back and request another service but he had to go!! Why would you send someone to "attempt" to start a battery ???? not have a tow as a solution ???? He then began to rush me and was very rude saying you gonna have to make another call I got to go. I have been patiently waiting for 3Hours as a young LADY on the side of the road (I AM STILL HERE) with a low phone battery and he just rudely says he has another order to fulfill. I ask him for 5MIN to check the nearest gas station and see he can drop me off and I can have an Uber come or call a friend and he tells me he doesn't have 5min!!!!!!! He was very NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He then hops in the tow truck and DRIVES OFF LEAVING ME THERE AFTER 3HRS OF WAITING!!! WTF????? I have escalated this to corporate and I hope that this is resolved!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DUST. read more
