My family and myself used AAA for their Travel Service. We priced other cruise lines through other…read morewebsites and found out that AAA came out to be the best deal. We booked our cruise with them with no problem at all they were very helpful and very knowledgeable with the cruise line and with any of the questions we had. We also noticed online from Expedia that the cruise came down in price we contacted AAA and they called up the cruise line and was able to adjust our price to the lower price with no problem. Also since we were AAA Plus members we were entitled to the photo at no extra charge for us to add on to our passports for the four of us which was a bit of a extra savings and a surprise in good way. They also printed out all the paperwork for us to bring to the passport agency. I also noticed that AAA offers gift cards to restaurants and other places in their office at a 3% off discount which could be helpful if anybody is looking for a gift or even themselves to save a little bit of cash. I would definitely recommend AAA travel if anyone is looking to go away and have fun or just to relax.

Went in to get my fingerprints done because this was one of the only locations my employer would…read moreaccept for this service. It was a 2-hour drive each way, so I spent 4 hours driving just to be told, after I arrived, that their fingerprint machine was broken. To make matters worse, I was greeted with a "have a seat" when I walked in, despite the sign at the front desk instructing customers to wait there for assistance. After waiting for about 10 minutes, someone finally asked what I was there for. As soon as I told them I was there for fingerprinting, I was casually informed that their machine was down and that I could "try coming back Monday." No, I couldn't. I have a full-time job and live 2 hours away. Driving another 4-hour round trip because they couldn't notify customers that their equipment was out of service is completely unreasonable. I called their customer service line afterward to ask what the normal protocol is when a machine is down. I was told they typically email or call customers ahead of time to let them know. That clearly didn't happen in my case. A simple phone call or email would have saved me four hours of driving, gas money, and a completely wasted day. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.

I have a fractured back and when I asked my finger printer if there was a seat she over sighed and acted like removing her purse and jacket from the chair she pulled behind her was a crime. Be happy you have a very easy job and don't be rude to customers. I hope I never have to deal with them again
