I researched their small menu extensively and was so set on getting the Slanina, which was a peanut butter filled cronut with a maple syrup glaze and bacon on top. My heart broke when I saw that they didn't have this, so I ended up getting the mini versions (58czk each, instead of the 89czk if you got a regular size) of the Jahoda and the Nutella. The Jahoda was a white chocolate topping with a sweet and tart strawberry mascarpone filling. I really don't know what drew me to this one because I hardly ever opt for a fruit flavor when it comes to baked goods, but I am SO glad that fate made me get this one because it was so amazing! The Nutella one was just as amazing, but in a completely different way. Unlike the stiffer, tarter strawberry mascarpone filling, this one was filled with ooey gooey thick rich salted caramel. It was much sweeter than the other cronut, but the combination of nutella and caramel went so well. The cronut itself is also an A+ in my books. The outside was crisp and the inside was soft, fluffy, and beautifully layered. The cronut itself was also not super sweet (even though it was coated in sugar), which made it a perfect vessel for the delicious fillings. The worker was also so kind and patient with me while I took a decade to decide what I wanted, and was sweet to let me borrow a knife and stay in the store for the next 10 minutes to take photos. Needless to say, the next time I'm in Prague, I'll definitely coming back, crossing my fingers that they'll have the Slanina this time!
