Beware I went in yesterday and my total came up to 37 and because i was using my atm they said they roll up the charges so now $37 is no $ 40 fuck that. Their making crazy cash already. High taxes and now this! And not 50cents to use atm but they roll up to next highest. So i was giving them $3 doller for no reason. Ill be making a complaint with city . This is one of several hole-in-the-wall locations that appears to have taken over a previously unsuccessful dispensary (Cloud 9?). Recently, the hole-in-the-wall down the road that I occasionally stop by (at 5711 Florin Perkins) was apparently demolished. I literally tried to go there, and was shocked to find a parking lot full of rubble. Google Maps said that this was the next closest location. It was kind of hard to find, because the signage was barely existent, but I found it. The reason I settled on three stars is because this is a very small shop, with an extremely limited selection, yet the customer service was phenomenal. The girl who helped me was super sweet. She didn't seem to be an experienced personal user of cannabis, but she tried really hard to understand what I was looking for, and to help me find the best available product. She even called a nearby store for me to see if they had a particular item in stock. When it turned out that they did not, I decided to purchase the next best item from her. Overall, if you're in a pinch, this place is not bad. The selection is small, but well-curated, and the customer service rocks. read more

They use the Jane ordering system and even facilitate credit cards. I ordered a selection of edibles which arrived within their scheduled delivery window AND the customer service rep who called to take payment gave me a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The selection is HUGE! A couple of my "usual" edibles were actually cheaper through Kolas than at my regular spot when they're on special. Ridiculously convenient. read more

My girlfriend and I came to this establishment and due to me not having my wallet at that moment, she went in for both of us. Sadly, we were really disappointed in how the lady at the front desk treated my gf. After arriving, my girlfriend was asked to sit in the waiting area as instructed once you give your ID. After she did so, two other people walked in and did the same as she did. However they were both helped and done purchasing their products, meanwhile my gf was still sitting there acting to be helped. 10 more additional minutes came by and still no one helped her. After about 25 total minutes my gf asked the front desk person for her ID back and walked out. It felt really disrespectful simply because 2 other people walked in after her, and get she wasn't helped and was ignored for well over 20 minutes. read more

I love this place! The reason I say three stars though is sadly the way they handle the product. I like going here for there low prices on shake. The problem is when I go, I am told I can't touch the bag to read the information, I can't hold the bag to see how fresh the weed is because of some state rule they keep telling me. Now I been going to perfect union stores and they let you touch the bag, tag off shelf, carry around store, check if the weed is fresh by doing a light squeeze. I have been going to kolas for a long time and I have noticed a lot of the bags I buy are dry and brittle and I am starting to think they made this rule of no touching to hide the fact there weed is dry. I know myself tends to spend on lower shelf with occasional top shelf but the ratio of dry to fresh is not balanced. read more

In terms of using this dispensary and getting what I want and being able to go in and out quickly, this place is great. Honestly five stars. They are even next door to a thrift store and I like being able to check out whats available there before or after. The three stars are because I'll never again use a debit card at this dispensary. After two charges (one a double charge from an earlier purchase and another a random charge from nowhere) I will not be using a debit card there again. I've never had an experience with a business just randomly charging me for things. It was easy to get in contact with the vendor they use for their card purchases and get a refund, but an email to the dispensary about the double charge was never returned. The guy who refunded me tried to contact the dispensary (to verify that I either had or had not made a second purchase) and also had trouble getting hold of someone before just giving me my money back. After the second charge I cancelled my debit card to avoid future charges. While this may be an issue with the company they use for their debit transactions, they never responded to my email and that's on them. They knew they were having issues and decided not to follow up with me. When I called the San Francisco based number on my bank statement, the guy knew exactly where I was calling about before I even told him I was calling from Sacramento. Who knows how many people were receiving double charges weeks after making purchases. Bottom line: Good little dispensary, but use the ATM in front or bring cash to avoid charges to your card for purchases you didn't make. read more

I bought some THC gummy bears that were crap; they are so hard to remove from the container, I ended up throwing them away after two days. I also left my prescription glasses there and didn't realize until I left. That was my only stop that day and I took them in so I could see what I was buying. They completely and knowingly wasted my time trying to upsell me.... then sold the last of the item when I went to get the extra cash from the atm. After I agreed to the larger purchase. THEN tried to say he thought I left. Horsecrap. I was one of two clients. The second client entered as I exited. I was gone long enough to grab an atm card from the car and use the machine. Just long enough for them to sell the deal again. I mean really. That is something a high person would do. They cost me extra time, a total of $4 in atm fees and my confidence in them. And the manager knew what they did too because she tried to hustle me into another product before I got back through the door. (Shame on the Bloom Rep too whose promo I was being sold. He knew too and helped the manager attempt to sell me something else.) They should have just matched the offer or otherwise compensated me for my time and atm fees.They wont see me again unless they are the only one open. Too much competition to deal with that petty business practice. Save your time unless you have to. read more
