Went in there because they open before the other clubs, but they wouldnt let me in? My ID expired a couple weeks ago and DMV sent my new one to an old address. So I have to wait another 2 weeks for it too come in the mail. THIS IS THE ONLY CLUB IN SACRAMENTO that will not accept your temp id from the DMV along side a hard copy of your actual ID. They say it is state law but they are highly mistaken and should be up to date on new laws and regulations. I just drove to the next club down the way and they let me in.. lol .. just like all the other clubs i go to. This tall white guy in there came out rude as can be raising his voice at me when the sweet security guard was trying to explain the process to me. They are a horrible club, with workers who will yell at you if you have questions. The white guy there at 7:45 am on Monday June 23 should be fired immediately he is terrible. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. My husband recently purchased a pen and it did not come with all of the required pieces. He tried taking it back and was immediately told by some of the staff he wouldn't have any luck as they knew something was wrong with this brand. He even spoke to the manager who confirmed the other employees hint that there were issues with the brand. They would not let him return it or exchange it. This is horrible customer service and bad business practices to sell products that are faulty. I am very disappointed that this dispensary sells products that are knowingly defective. read more

Celyna was super helpful. Every time we come in here we have a good experience. They have a high selection of greens, oil sticks, pre rolls , they sell plants. This was my first time at 2 Rivers & I'm impressed with the dispensary. First off, the lady up front was very nice & helpful. Once she let me in the retail shop, I noticed how clean, modern, & organized it was. Plus they everything t o look at & smell in display cases & shelves, so you can decide on what you want at the register. But on top of that, I was greeted immediately by two bud tenders behind the counter. One of them (SHANA) came out from behind there and asked me how she can help. Shana was very patient, friendly, & inquisitive about what I wanted & for what. She is a keeper there & I hope she stays there, so when I come back next time I cann ask for her help again. I've been to a lot of dispensaries over the past years, and I really like Two Rivers. They are one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. I regularly re-up on the weekly and I really like the way the reward system helps you if you keep returning. Although the last time I used it, it only removed the tax and a small amount of the total price--BUT that is because California likes to tax MJ so heavily. Make sure to look at their daily deals to find out when is the best time to buy. I really like how the store is set up. Everything looks amazing and the consumables, tree, and concentrates all have separate areas. This is the kind of dispensary that makes you want to window shop all day. The staff are very kind and helpful. Two Rivers is one of the best competing dispensaries in a "high caliber" type of style. You will notice the glow of competence as soon as you walk in. This was kind of a quick stop on the way to another local dispensary. The girl at the desk was super nice and helpful, and really friendly. Once we got in, the displays were well organized and easy to navigate. We were met by a bud tender who walked us around and answered all of the questions we had. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She have me some good recommendations on flower, as well as pre rolls. The first time discount came in handy, as did the free pre roll they throw in for first timers who spend the $60 minimum. Not hard to do. It was a good experience and is closer to home. The only bummer is that they don't carry the brand of gummies my gf likes but they have a decent selection nonetheless. This place is Great!! so as soon as I pull up starting with security, great job on keeping look out for the customers, before you go in and see all the great merchandise you have to check in with another friendly staff member. I've been here before and the first time I came, it was a wonderful experience. The female bud tenders were so sweet and very willing to work with me. This time I went and the male bud tender (Kenny D) was so rude. I went in and around 1:40pm on Tuesday. He was rushing my order and trying to get me out. I was trying to ask questions about the strains and his only response for every one I asked was "it's cool". We weren't even approached by him instead we had to walk up to him to ask questions. It was my first time coming to this place. I showed up and inside is beautiful, they have such a variety. Unfortunately the ATM had just gone down when I was about to place my order. The closest ATM is about a 15 minute round trip down and back. Because of that, I was totally taken care of. My time, my gas money went a long way. Jordan was an awesome bud tender, he was working with another gentleman who both made sure to cheer me up after the bummer of running to grab cash. I'll definitely be back. A classic Sacramento dispensary, still located out in some commercial area from their purely medical days. Prices here are fair and come out to an easy, even total with tax. So, as I'm sitting here in the waiting room, I have to explain why I wouldn't give 5. There's a pickup service - ostensibly a beneficial thing for the business and the customers. But you have to sit in the waiting room with everyone else and wait to go in. This is... so insane from a business perspective. I've watched business here turn away from the size of the waiting room - how many of us are sitting here, waiting to cash out and leave in about 5 minutes? How many window shoppers are we waiting behind? It's a ridiculous experience and I think this will be my last time shopping here in favor of literally any place with a sensible order pickup. I don't know what y'all are thinking. Your receptionist could be cashing pick-up customers out in their downtime. read more

Went in ordered a soda and lots of goodies.but when it came time to pay the girl wouldn't let me complete my purchase all because I had no phone of my own ( me and my boyfriend share a line and he had just used it for his purchase. ) I explained this to her but she didn't care. She claimed I needed my own phone to " help verify myself " as if my two forms of id and multi credit and debit cards weren't enough to show who I was. Bud tenders are nice enough but despite asking repeatedly for an indica I was shown multiple sativa strains. I have made several visits to this dispensary. And while they started off great, they've gone downhill since. At least for those of us that like edibles rather than smokables. The edibles stock seems to shrink every time I visit. They stock a product that's works and tastes great and then you never see it again. If the owners read their reviews, please beef up your edibles selection. Not all enjoy smoking. The Jell-O shots and salted milk chocolate in particular. The "bud tenders" seem to have an above average turn over rate. That should definitely raise a red flag to the owners. The store is very clean and relatively safe and has a pleasant atmosphere. It shouldn't be too hard to please the edibles consumers. For now, I'll be searching for a new dispensary in which to spend my money. read more
