Was in the shop for 20 minutes and not a single barber waved said hey or anything. If it wasn't for the kid waiting for his turn would I have known there was a sign in sheet. The gentleman next to me got upset because he watched people walk in and fill the chairs as they emptied. He asked a barber what was up that he'd been waiting. The barber explained this guy has an appointment. Unfortunately as a customer you'd never know since nobody would acknowledge people waiting. After sitting there for 20 minutes I just scratched off my name and left. Big surprise nobody said a thing to me. lol I won't be back. They obviously don't need any new business.

He seemed hesitant to use a straight razor to shave my sides or even do a neck shave. Just a buzzer which is close, but not as clean as a straight razor. He cut my top uneven with scissors which I know I didn't ask for. Since I was so tired after work it was too late when he started. I asked for a buzz cut, not sure why he even used scissors at all. The rest of the shop seems awesome and the other barbers seem to know their customers. Love the music and vibe, definitely a barbershop. I want to give them another chance but not with the same barber, who seemed like the newbie in the shop. He was very polite though and nice, but I'll never let him cut my hair again.

Then 4 hours later, I received an email saying my appt. was cancelled and that it was because they weren't opening until 11am. So I then rescheduled to 1pm, received a confirmation 1 hour before, received the text, drove 45 minutes to the location at my appt. time of 1pm.. to find out that the stylist that they scheduled me with couldn't make it in. They then couldn't squeeze me in for a basic cut, and asked for me to come back tomorrow. My time is valuable and i understand things happen but this was not cool. This is not my first time getting cancelled and not having anyone call me to let me know. especially after driving and arriving on time.

I'm sure barbers know kids move while getting cuts so you have to be careful, but if you can't be patience then why take him in your chair.
