A week later a tree branch fell though another side of my roof and for starters, Allstate didn't want to cover it, Allstate wanted to send the claim to NCJU so they wouldn't have to pay anything, no problem, Allstate is a business and they only care to make money, NOT TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE. To Add on to this the person they sent to see my roof to see if they would cover the damage or not called pushing my appointment back because of a schedule conflict. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY ROOF! But they don't care, as soon as this is over, I will cancel the policy and best believe Allstate will not get a recommendation from me. As far as pricing, they are good when you need them, TRASH is the term that comes to mind.
