The quoted us 1/2 price on initial cleaning which makes me believe that they over-price their service. The final bill did not match their quote and during the emails back and forth the photo shows one of their responses to me. They said it was a computer glitch so obviously they didn't see the link bef they posted. I overpaid and they have yet to send a refund. This is not the type of service I could recommend to anyone. Oh -they have also blocked my calls.

This week our cleaners were Marcos and Cardina. They did a great job. Marcos is poetry in motion. He dusted quickly but carefully. And he left no trace of our dust bunnies! My only problem is I don't speak Spanish so there is a bit of a communication problem. But we get by . We are so happy with the Cleaning Authority.

I hired Castle Keepers in Greenville SC for a deep cleaning of my 1600 sq ft home. I paid $551 for…read morethe service and pre-tipped the cleaning crew $150, totaling $700. I was told over the phone that the cleaning would take about 6 hours, so I rearranged my entire day and rescheduled other contractors to make sure the house would be available. The cleaning team did not arrive all at once. They trickled in and the last person arrived around 9:00 AM. They were finished by 10:15 AM. What was supposed to take 6 hours took only an hour and fifteen minutes. That was my first red flag. When I came home I noticed that the floors had only been vacuumed, not mopped. I had paid extra for an oven cleaning, but the front of the stainless steel oven was still dirty. They wiped around small items on the countertops instead of moving them to clean properly. There was visible dust under the couch and in other easy-to-reach areas. To their credit, the walkways looked clean and they did vacuum. But overall it felt rushed and incomplete. I reached out afterward and they did offer to come back and fix the issues, but by then I had already hired another company to do the job right. This was my first time using Castle Keepers and unfortunately it will be my last.
