Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. I have saved money on pool chemicals since I changed my pool company store to Larry the Pool Guy. If you're looking for a great swimming pool service and store then call them. The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

Andys is fine with the weekly pool maintenance, but when things go wrong ... they are unorganized, seem to have staffing issues, and lack accountability. I literally had to call or text them every day for over a month to ask when my repair would be done. They only finally did the repair when a VIP friend called the owner. They don't care about customers and after all of this sent me an astronomical bill. Bye Andy's.
