Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. Village Green is the new permanent location for Sonrise Coffee Co and is open everyday, 8am - 5pm, except for Tuesdays when they are closed. We ordered two cinnamon rolls and a Blue Lagoon energy drink. The staff here was super friendly and had our orders out very fast. The cinnamon rolls were delicious! Pillowy soft with the perfect ratio of icing to cinnamon. If they were warmed up for 15-seconds in a toaster oven or even a microwave they would have been perfect! The Blue Lagoon is just red bull, lime juice, coconut and blueberry syrup. This drink looks gorgeous had good flavor, but was very sweet. I should have asked for sugar free red bull and maybe one less pumps of the syrups, but after the ice melted it watered down the drink and toned down the sugary flavor. They give you brown sugar on the side along with crushed nuts and peppers, but I was afraid the sugar wouldn't mix well with the noodles being on the dry side. There was also very little in the way of green onion and no cilantro. There was a little egg. I ended up just eating a little of it until the chicken was gone and just tossed the rest. I see a picture of basil chicken on here that might be worth trying, but for $18 for the pad thai I was definitely disappointed. I would give 2.5 stars, but gave 3 in case maybe one of their other dishes could be better. The Crowe and Wolfe seltzer did not disappoint though! The hard lemonade selzer rocked!! But since I had some recently, I decided to go with something different: the pork belly basil stir fry and OMG, it blew my mind. Amazing flavor, so much fresh Thai basil! The veggies were still crisp, the pork so tender, and such a generous portion! I haven't had something so remarkably tasty in awhile. I hope they come back to gazebo garden frequently, as I don't usually visit the other food truck hot spots. I'll say, if there was one complaint I had, it was that the pizza itself was a little greasy, so I think they were probably a little heavy-handed on the chili olive oil. Other than that, it was really good! This is one of those places that's just a really good product from a very talented food truck person.
