We were basically told that "it is what it is", that they have a no-refund policy for custom orders, especially once they are taken out of their boxes. But how are we supposed to know the material is damaged without taking them out of their boxes?! How are we just to expect to pay $10K for absolute garbage material without any form of accountability from the company that sold it to us?! We feel cheated and scammed out of a lot of money that we were saving up for our first apartment, and it's absolutely heartbreaking and enraging.
