Many people advertise that they work Essex County but tell them the property is in Newark and they change their tune. Due to my allergies, my husband and I are basically tearing our newly purchased home apart room by room looking for the source of the flare-ups. So you can imagine that we were pretty desperate to find a good contractor, that would actually come to property AND know what they were doing! When I spoke to Monroe (the owner), he was very professional, booked our estimate appointment in a timely fashion and came when he said he was going to come. The same on the day of the job.
