We have been pricing gators for 4-5 weeks on internet to the point we were dreaming about them in our sleep. These guys could not have been more accommodating to us. 2 day test Drive. We were able to negotiate a price that was as good as ANY we had found on net! And we did not have to travel anywhere. Salesman Ronnie spent a ton of time going over all the niceties of the electronics and seat memory adjustments with wife so I could avoid anymore marriage counseling!!! Tom in finance was awesome. Got us into an extended warranty that was priced much lower than anything we have been able to get quoted online. Better than AAA which we already have. And it's a Ford/Lincoln product to boot Overall couldn't be happier with our experience. At least you should give them a chance

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my car in for a noise coming from the rear…read moredifferential. Before they even diagnosed the problem, they had already run up a bill for $2,200. When I questioned them about it, instead of working with me, they told me that if I didn't trust them, I should take my car somewhere else. So I did -- and I'm glad I did. The next shop simply changed the oil in the rear differential, and the car is now running perfectly. That's all it needed. This place is either completely incompetent or just trying to take advantage of customers. Either way, I would never trust them with my vehicle again. Save yourself the money and the headache -- go somewhere honest.
