My daughter is turning 16 in a couple weeks. After taking her to supper we stopped in at this place…read morecalled Kool Kar Sales and from our car, browsed their inventory. We found a car we both liked and was interested in finding out more. We chose to call the car lot once we got back home. I made the call and a salesman answered. I stated that I found a car on the ot and I was interested in knowing some information. He said, "OK, who am I speaking to?" I answered with my first name. He replies "What is your last name?". I replied, in a calm and polite way, "We will get to that if I am interested". The salesman immediately hung up the phone. I called back and he went on to say that he was not going to be talked to like that and that I was being rude. I replied with that I didn't understand how my last name has anything to do with getting basic information on a vehicle that he NEEDS to sale. He replies, in a strong frantic manner, "I don't know who you are"!! I said that I was a customer and wanting to buy a car. Which he replies, "How do I know that!?!?!", Then he cuts me off while I am talking and states that he can see that we are at an impasse and proceeds to hang up on me again. I dont know what this guys problem was....Bad day? Maybe he thought I was a spy from another Used Car Lot, or an alien from another planet. But he was a jerk and can keep his cars and drive them right up his @$$

Seth said it was due to "rich oil" because the truck sits & is only driven for a few minutes. We were told to drive it 40miles and it would probably stop. If not, they would check it Monday. Seth said he would fill up the truck while we did paperwork but he was doom scrolling on the couch so it didn't happen. The truck didn't stop smoking. Sunday morning we saw there was a serious oil leak. underneath the truck covered in oil. the parking spot had oil from dripping. 10/27 I took the truck back & let Seth know there is an oil leak. When I called to check status they were flushing the engine. They said if they couldn't find the problem, then the engine would have to be replaced & we would get a different truck of our choosing. They found metal shavings in the engine. Matt apologized but said they were going to try to make it right. Seth brought out a 2021 black Silverado v8. Seth said he would see about getting the tires off the 1st truck. I asked if we could get gas filled on this truck since we didn't on the first truck. Lot got it back 3/4 full. Seth acted shocked he forgot and said yes. Seth went with us on the test drive & we noticed the radio had an error "Update failed. Return to dealer" Seth said he would have mechanic take a look but they already left. Again, they say to bring truck back next day for GPS, tires & they would check out radio. 10/28 on the way to the lot, an alert popped up saying "Engine Oil Low. Add Oil" Seth said it was a sensor & they replaced it. They hooked the truck/radio up to a computer to attempt to restore radio firmware to previous update. Didn't work. Mechanic & Seth say Chevy fired their software guy that pushes the update so we just have to wait until the update is pushed & it would start working. We left the truck with them & Seth called when they were "done" The tires weren't swapped & mechanic left so we were told to come back AGAIN. Seth said they would take the truck to Casteels to swap tires & have them balanced. I researched the radio issue & found similar issues but reported it was a wiring issue & the whole system had to be replaced. Seth insists this is not the issue bc mechanic has access to Chevy. the only thing accomplished Tuesday- installing their GPS tracker. Later that evening "Engine Low Oil. Add Oil" alert popped up again. 10/29 I took the truck back but mechanics were at lunch. I let Seth know about the alert & driver taillight isn't properly working. I told Seth we took it to AutoZone to get a bulb but brake light is same as taillight & it does work. I also mentioned getting gas AGAIN. I showed him a picture of the alert. After talking to mechanic, Seth said the alert was due to the oil change not being reset but they did change oil before it went on the lot. I told him this sounds kind of like "rich oil" & this whole experience has been bad. First the alert was a sensor & now it's a setting. Again, I brought up the radio issue and how the truck was on their website with radio features advertised. Seth says they will include features even if they do not work. When I said I was going to contact the previous owner & see what issues he had, Seth told me they would take the truck back & we could have the Tahoe & he believes he honored everything he said. I told him we wanted the truck but it's crazy that we are still having to come up here for things. employees in the office were discussing who deserves SNAP & complaining about coworkers, I chose to wait outside. A while later, Seth pulled the truck up and said they got the tires and topped off oil. I asked if they went to casteels to balance the tires. he said it wasn't needed. Again, no gas was put in the truck. Before I left the parking lot, I reset the oil life. The same alert popped up a hour later. If you choose to buy from here, don't leave until they address all concerns & fulfill promises.. maybe take a mechanic or test drive it straight to a mechanic. Ask for anyone EXCEPT Seth.
