Owner and staff were very rude when I was told I could not park in front of their store to buy something in the shopping area did it have any indication of what parking spots were specifically theirs and no one else's cursed at me and told me to move my car or they were going to have it towed and started citing my license plate number at me and all other different details about my car because I was confused on why I was being told to move my car for a shop that wasn't even that busy was not happy at all and very perturbed read more

I went in for a fitting a few weeks ago. I hit a grand total of 7 balls. The worker said my swing was too inconsistent and still charged me the full price for a fitting. I would not recommend going here. read more

My grandaughter, who is on her high school golf team in Georgia, wanted a new driver for Christmas. She's a good but not great golfer, so I wanted a nice club but not necessarily the latest and greatest. My country club suggested Koosa and I'm so glad they did. I stopped in, saw the MANY clubs and options and then spoke with Jim Williams. He highly recommended I bring her in to be fitted (no charge if we bought a club) and our schedules worked out for that. What a terrific experience! In addition to the "last year's" driver he recommended, at about $100 less than this year's, he spent an hour with her, trying different drivers and giving her what amounted to a really good lesson. The mock driving range with electronics attached to the ball, enabled her to see where the ball would go as she tried out different stances and club positions. She LOVED it and loved the club Jim recommended. This turned into so much more that just handing her a club under the Christmas tree, it became a lot of fun for both of us! Now she wants to come visit again so she can have a lesson with Jim. THANK YOU for creating such a good time for Lily and for Nannie. read more

Best golf store in town! Jimmy and Mickey are wonderful and have truly helped mine and my husband's golf game. They have a huge assortment of clubs, bags, balls, etc it's truly a one stop shop for all golf lovers! They can help with your swing while you're in there as well! Highly recommend. I was looking to upgrade my irons and heard Koosa was pretty good and I wasn't disappointed. They spent time fitting me but I'm pretty standard as evidenced on previous fittings. I bought the Apex 21's and I love them. I would recommend Koosa over other fitting experts. They also were able to get my sticks to me in less than two weeks. Nice bunch of folks there. read more

I had a great experience! I went in looking for a new 3 wood. Mike Arthur spent about an hour fitting me for the best club. The fitting system they use is fantastic. Mike even took time to show me a few things in my swing that could use some work. Can't beat a free lesson from a PGA Professional!Wouldn't you know it, I started hitting them better. I could have gone to one of the big box stores and gotten the same price on clubs. It's the personal service and knowledge that set this place apart. I will definitely be a customer at Koosa for as long as I live in the area. If you're a person that likes personal service, I recommend this place. No pressure or sales gimmicks. Koosa Golf is an excellent, family owned golf retailer. I haven't played Golf in over 3 years and needed new equipment. They spent 3 hours with me taking measurements, testing my swing speed etc. they then "forced" me to hit different clubs until they and I both knew it was the perfect club heads and shaft! All of this as a walk up customer! There is no comparison in shopping at this retailer as opposed to the big box stores! They have a store packed with merchandise and I can say that I will always buy anything golf and other things at this store! read more
