Kayla provided four of us with excellent service last night . She was courteous and friendly and was also apologetic for the poor service that took place the previous Monday. We decided to give the place another try before rating and we are glad that we did. Food quality was excellent. All parties agreed that we would return for the food for sure. The verdict on the trivia portion of our evening is still out. The bar needs to offer wireless service to the customers if they wish to improve the trivia experience.. Participants are expected to use their phones to play the game and without wireless connectivity phone service within the building was not always reliable. I always give everyone a 2nd chance. This was their 3rd chance. The service has always been poor and the food has been OK, until today. 1st they were out of all of their IPA beers. My husband ordered the BBQ, out of BBQ. My dish was the chicken salad cold plate that came with potato salad, but they were out of that. The pimento cheese was basically shredded cheddar cheese from a bag with some chopped up pimento. Bones in the chicken salad. Even the ranch salad dressing was watered down. The only good thing was the crackers. My husband had a French dip. I wish I would have taken a picture of the aujus ​sauce. It was clear with black pepper on the bottom. It had no smell at all. Aujus is basically just beef broth, so I have no idea what that was. Our waitress even said the kitchen was a sh*t show. She was very friendly until we were honest with her about the food. No apology, no I'll let the kitchen know, no I'll tell the manager. The live music was nice though. read more

Sat outside on the deck overlooking the green while having dinner, drinks and listening to a local band. Service was slow and seemed there were only about 3 waitresses working both outside and inside. My friend and I ordered shrimp platters and I will say they were very good, better than I was expecting. Had to ask other workers for napkins and ketchup as there was none at our table and it took a while before we would see our waitress again. We had two choices: LJ's bar and grill or the Fishhouse. We choose LJ's for the music and weren't disappointed. We were surprised how many cars were in the parking lot. I would say the place was packed. A bit noisy inside, but our waitress came promptly and took our drink orders. We split a fish and chips and a Caesar salad between four of us. That was plenty of food. The portions aren't real big but the food is above average for a bar. Music was good. We enjoyed the evening. read more

I absolutely love LJs. The food is immaculate, you've got to try the lemon pepper flat wings. Service is great, constant refills and always asking what more they can do for you as well as just overall nice people never b!tchy. Good area for couples and older people at the bar, great for families at the par area. This place really has it all. Good eats, beer, golf, a DJ, bingo, and a good family environment. A fun place with great food! Perfect for a Friday afternoon or any time you're in the mood for a casual outdoor atmosphere on the driving range. We ordered the pimento cheeseburger and the buffalo chicken wrap and both were great choices (buffalo a little spicy though). We have been several times and had an excellent experience almost every time when we sit at the bar. The last time we went we got a table. It took over 40 min for someone to serve us. We flagged down 2 different waitresses and both said another waitress was assigned to our section. Eventually one of the original two took our order. It was too late to try to go somewhere else. The food ended up being delicious. I just wish there was more direction regarding sections I guess. Would still recommend. read more

Go here often mainly for the driving range but have stayed for food and beers before. Typical bar & grill place that's pretty decent with an added bonus of a driving range. I usually get their club sandwich that's huge and tasty. Definitely will continue to come here. read more

I have been going to LJ's for quite a long time. They have great fried shrimp and their daily specials are always delicious. I was so happy to see Anderson Chambers their as the new manager. Anderson will do a fantastic job their and be a wonderful asset to them. read more

We have been coming here to go to the driving range and we get kicked out every time "because we are hitting cars". When I'm reality it's because we are too young and can't purchase any alcoholic beverages. LJ's has one more chance with my buddy's and I before we never go back there. We have been here before but this evening was a complete disaster. We brought friends to enjoy an evening of music and food. We waited approximately 30 minutes before we were able to place an order then over an hour for the food. Then the order was wrong. Though this place has been rated well in the past, it is now to be avoided. Food was cold. Waitress said managers had quit this week leading to problems. Anyone that knows me knows this is usually my favorite restaurant, and knows I damned sure ain't a corona "Karen", but jesus christ I had to say something about this.... Going back to Levi days, we used to go 2-3 times a week starting when we moved here in 2017. Popped in to order dinner today since the phone wouldn't work to call in my order. Got to downgrade this an avoid for now. Service fell off a cliff. Came in at 4pm, 2 girls doing silverware, no masks, touching faces, touching phones, fixing her hair, then wrapping silverware... ehhh... ...........A dozen Guys at the bar packed shoulder to shoulder, one dude having a sneezing fit on the bar, and in the hallway, clearly see he misted half the freaking hall, his buddies at the bar tell him to go wash his hands, nope he's touching everything.... ..........Bartender girls with masks at their necks, 10-15 minutes waiting to order, she can't understand my wife behind my wife's mask, so she goes to show the girl the order, and she takes her phone, walks off, and missed several things on the order. WHY WOULD YOU TOUCH SOMEONES PHONE RIGHT NOW???? None of the folks in sight washed hands, sanitizer, anything the entire time we were there. Took cash from me, gave change, poured several drinks, printed several reciepts, glad youre barely out of high school, but you're going to get someone sick girl. ...........Almost 40 minutes to get food @ 4:45, of course the wife's order was wrong. Missing mozzerlla sticks, tomatoe and lettuce on the wrap, not like Jenny told her verbally, and wrote down the order or anything. My chicken philly was barely room temp, grilled onions are awesome cold. At least the fettucine was fresh. We should've checked before we left, but clearly not a good environment to be sat in so we didn't. I loved Levis, and I've eaten here once a week minimum, order is usually $60+ every trip even to go... but I can't justify coming back here until you all get right. Palmetto Priority sticker on the door means you know better! You've had safe serve. Maybe not the teenagers rolling silverware, but to be sure the management would have to. Somewhere around minute 30 one of the older girls came out of the kitchen wearing a gray mask and suddenly the rest of the bartender girls put them up enough to cover their mouth at least... .....The big dude that came out of the kitchen literally dripping, no mask, and then threw something in the bar's ice well... like wth.... If I was the health inspector I'd have shut the doors. Please get right guys, the owner has always been polite to us, has always said hi at Levis, has always made a point to say hi anytime he's been there... but this was disgusting. You feel free to search my check ins here, I've never said a single thing negative, this is my comfort food spot, but you all are out your ...... minds. Reporting to the ownership who assured me they will be looking into it, but guys it shouldn't get to this point. Do you really need to tell your staff not to touch money and then touch food???
