On top of that, I booked for a full body wax that was not completed. Please make sure to read everything before booking! I booked last minute because I have been a loyal client for going onto 3 years now. Never been anywhere else. I had no idea it was going to take a pretty lengthy time to get a full body ... The Brazilian itself took 1 hour & a half because the wax kept breaking & she kept burning my skin. She kept moving up & down the temperature on the wax & wasnt confident in her pulls. She then did my legs, & cheeks, & there was no time for my upper torso & arms. Now the owner is sending me threatening me messages because I didn't pay the second half of the uncompleted service. Why would I do that! Our text messages also speak for themselves. This girl is crazy. I am NEVER returning back! The girl who did the wax was SO COOL but she needs to learn some boundaries on what areas to touch when trimming & waxing but it's the owner who makes this a complete nightmare. Although it felt like she did a good job, I was pretty disappointed and concerned that the lady giving me a facial keeps snorting bcoz she more likely has a cold. I couldn't hear when she had the fog machine like on but once she was done with that and still doing some stuff to my face, all I can hear is her snorting, I really wanted to tell her, maybe use the restroom to blow your nose or don't work when you have a cold bcoz few days later, u caught the damn cold. Also other facial places would give some after care like don't go out in the sun right away or put sunscreen on, nothing from her considering she supposedly specialize in skin care. She just wanted me to book another session right away. No thanks!
