We were touring the 6 local "A Pickin We Should" Fulton County antique shops. I was on the hunt for jade-ite and found a few pieces, though I did not purchase given it wasn't quite what I was looking for. The prices are a bit steeper here; however, the quality of rare vintage finds is also a bit better. As others on the tour have done, the staff was eager to recommend and support other local shops, which we really appreciated their shared support for one another.

When my friend sent me a picture of the flowers with a thank you text, I was so surprised it was not what I ordered. The arrangement the florist sent was full of carnations and baby's breath. It was half the size of the picture. When I called to ask that they correct their mistake, the florist's only answer was to say they would "pick up the flowers and refund my money." Can you imagine -- a florist showing up to remove the gift they delivered the day before! So unprofessional. What a crazy horrible experience.
