It was half the size of the picture. When I called to ask that they correct their mistake, the florist's only answer was to say they would "pick up the flowers and refund my money." Can you imagine -- a florist showing up to remove the gift they delivered the day before! So unprofessional. What a crazy horrible experience.

If that had been all I would have given more stars, but you also messed up at least two more orders for my mom's funeral that never made it to the funeral. The orders eventually were delivered to my dad's house the next day. Very poor service in my opinion.
