I had to personally go pay those companies for the materials used on my property under Domer Enterprises account in order to prevent the Lein being put on my property. I then had to work with other companies to get the job done. What I owed Shawn was less than he owed for the materials and Shawn has agreed to pay me the difference and just makes empty promises and now he is unresponsive. I have also learned that Shawn did not get the framing inspection done and now I have to have the inside walls taken down to add bracing that he didn't do. Aside from all this, the workmanship is very poor, missing screws, steel cut poorly on the ends, steel not lining up nicely in multiple places. These are only some of the pictures, I could easily show a hundred photos showing the workmanship.
