The lack of communication and support from the administrative side ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. When paying a high out-of-pocket cost, a patient should reasonably expect timely responses and basic administrative assistance without having to repeatedly chase down staff. While I was incarcerated and unable to personally call the office, my mother contacted them simply to inform them that I would not be able to attend my appointment. She was not asking for any medical information, only trying to notify them on my behalf. Despite this, I was later charged the full amount for the one-hour session I could not attend. After I was released, I called the office to address the issue and was told that the office manager was out all week and that no one else, including Dr. D'Arienzo, could make a decision. I left a message requesting a return call and never received one. When I followed up again the next week, I was told the office manager was out yet again and that I should call back on Tuesday when she returned. When I asked why there was no one else who could assist, I was simply told to call back. At that point, I explained that I would no longer be using their services because of the poor customer service and lack of concern. The response I received was essentially "thank you and have a nice day," with no effort to resolve the matter or show any concern for the patient experience. It is disappointing because Dr. D'Arienzo himself was excellent, but the office support surrounding him was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Which was absurd. It is all about the money, not about helping families. This office and parent coordinator Cynthia Salameh are both horrible. We had to visit Ms Salameh a handful of times and each time she just gave "advice" that favored the woman, when challenged about her not being legally binding she changed her "advice". Complete waste of time. Read the other reviews, do not fall for the tricks of the family court system - this is all about the money, they do not help families.

Her style is non- threatening- very inviting - she provides a great Neutral platform She uses the Gottman Method - Google it - this method truly spoke to us, as my husband & I had used several other counselors with no great improvement and frankly a waste of time & money. If you searching for some answers & need clarity - Kathleen Anderson would be a great place to start ! I wish we would of found her sooner ! But beyond grateful when searching for a couselor that was certified in the Gottman Method in Jacksonville, Fl - her name came up as one of thee only ones practicing & using the Gottman Method. My husband & I still have a lot of hard work to do & a long way to go. But we are beyond happy we have Kathleen to aid & guide us to on this life journey road

This doctor had great reviews so I was looking forward to my sessions with her. I called the office…read moreand she answered the phone. After going through my personal information, insurance, the reason I needed to see her, setting up the appointment date and time, etc. she asked if I had ever been to a counselor before. I said yes, once before many many years ago. Based on the fact that I only saw that counselor once because the crisis I was experiencing had been resolved, she immediately says that she cannot see me because she needs patients that will stay on for at least a couple of months to work through their issues and not just take the 6 sessions provided by my employer's EAP. I said I wasn't sure if I was only going to do the 6 sessions or if I needed more, I was open to her input and work through what was needed, I tried to explain that my previous counseling experience happened this was when I was 21, 15 years ago!, but she wouldn't hear it, she cut me off and said that based on my history I would be better served with a different provider. I found that to be extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional. She made her the decision right then and there that I was not a patient worth having. Perhaps this is to my benefit, I can't imagine that someone who just treated me in that manner can be a great counselor. What a disappointment! Not sure how the therapist came to the conclusion that I was not "willing" to receive help. Seems to me this was purely financially motivated on her part!!!!
