They responded very quickly (within minutes). They're open 24/7 and they are actual nurses. Ours was a full-fledged RN. Their prices are very reasonable for basic saline hydration ($100), and you don't have to go through insurance or have a doctor's referral. They also offer additives such as multivitamins, B-vitamins, etc. (We used them in Boynton Beach, but they service almost all of Florida. They're also located in Arizona at a different number.) The nurse, Maria, was wonderful! On time (even early), professional, knowledgable, and very pleasant. On dad's doctor's orders, we requested Maria to come back in a few days. Again, the customer service number was extremely prompt and pleasant, and they were able to confirm a return appointment with Maria within minutes. I highly recommend them!
