I would rather be filled with delicious food than stuffed with mediocrity; life is too short! WE ORDERED: - Han Pan Samgyeobsal (grilled Pork belly) - Bulgogi - seasoned beef - rice We were first served the complimentary, refillable banchan (side dishes) which were tasty: a great way to start. When we were out of the hangry zone, our server brought out the pork belly which had many other items that came with it (please see picture). She grilled up everything and we devoured every little bit. My favorite wrap to use for the meats was the Korean Perilla leaf (mint family) which was aromatic as well as tasty. Make sure to use the chili oil and paste to amp up the flavors. Our group of four had a very enjoyable dinner. I am looking forward to coming back, and would definitely tell all my friends. But today was honestly disappointing. We ate around 5PM with my lola, my younger sister, and my dog. I understand that pets are only allowed outside, and that's fine. I'm used to that setup. But the outdoor area today had so many flies around 20 or more, not exaggerating. We asked for candles but it didn't help much, so we transferred to the other side since it looked like there were fewer flies. While eating, I was fanning our table almost the whole time so my lola and sister could eat properly. My lola is a senior, so she couldn't really keep shooing them away. It was honestly uncomfortable even the CCTV could show how chaotic our table looked just trying to eat in peace. After eating, I spoke with the manager to share my concern. He explained that they already do regular fumigation and use traps, which I appreciate. But he didn't apologize or acknowledge the hassle of our experience. I suggested maybe raising it with the Clark management team for wider fumigation because the problem might be beyond just their area. Lastly, when I mentioned I had my dog, the manager said I should've just left my pet in the car which was disappointing to hear. It's not safe to do that, and it felt like they don't really care much about pet owners even if we're following the outdoor-only rule. The food is great, but the outdoor dining experience really needs improvement. Cleanliness and comfort are just as important as taste especially since flies can carry diseases.

Our food was more than enough for the both of us, so it didn't make a difference. - presmoked grilled herb pork belly - if you like pesto, you'll enjoy this - pork jowl meat - tasty - presmoked grilled pork belly - this was my favorite, a thick cut with less fat than most pork bellies I've seen. Meat was tender with a little bit of char and crispy edges. - marinated pork ribs - the marinade overpowered the taste of the pork. Our server skillfully grilled the meats then cut them into bite size pieces. I think next time I'll ask for an extra plate(s) for the finished meats, so they don't end up overcooked while waiting on the hot grill to be eaten (they do remove the coals once the cooking is finished). They changed their meat to liempo meat instead of Samgyupsal meat. It takes forever to cook any slice, and every slice is full of fat and bones. This meat is literally sinigang na baboy meat. Even worse, they use small charcoal containers instead of gas. I barely got to enjoy anything. Its been 30 minutes, and all my meat cuts are burned but still have BLOOD or is chewy. I wish was joking, but Im not. How do you expect to cook thick liempo cuts in a small low flame korean grill?
