Spicy pork bulgogi $15.95 dinner portion.

Korean Garden was the first place I ever ate Korean food. Since then, I've eaten Korean food in a variety of States, but none have been as good as Korean Garden in Junction City, Kansas. Due to COVID and staffing issues, their dining room remains closed. However, take-out is still available. The portions are a bit smaller and the prices are higher....but for me, it's worth the occasional indulgence. Their dining room and kitchen are SPOTLESSLY clean compared to other local Asian restaurants and stores. The food is so flavorful. Yes, their open hours are limited, but it's worth taking the time and effort to order take-out from this delicious Korean restaurant. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the smaller portion sizes, the higher prices and the take-out only policy.

So in keeping with a lot of Korean restaurants, the food was definitely authentic and most of it tasted just like what I ate while with the exception to the beef bulgogi. The beef was tender and had decent flavor but was just missing something that I couldn't quite place. So I added just a bit of bbq sauce to give it just a little more moisture and it made the flavor explode! So if you like bulgogi, just be prepared to not get exactly what you're looking for, still tasty, but not perfect. Everything else was great though. The grocery store that is attached has a lot of Korean items, however, it's very disorganized.

Nice Korean food joint. Surely some Korean expats running this place. Menu is simple and food is out in a flash. Dishes come out similar to if you were in Korea with the metal rice bowls and clay soup pots. Plenty of side dishes offered with a meal. There is a market attached that offers exported food from throughout Asia not just Korea.

This is good korean food for Kansas! My husband and I are from LA and we love kbbq. This is our favorite asian restaurant in town! They have a really good lunch box (bbq beef is the best) special that will give you a food coma.

This is definitely the BEST and most authentic Korean restaurant you will find around this area. I've been to a few of the other Korean restaurants and none of them really compare to this place. I've had their bibimbap and seafood soon dubu and it's super yummy. Next time I go back, the kalbi is next on the list! Prices are definitely a little higher than normal (I'm comparing to Southern California), but when you are in an area that just doesn't have that demand for ethnic food, I'll pay the extra few dollars for the meal.

Though the outside and inside of the restaurant look plain, they've got really tasty Korean food here at a reasonable price. My friend and I were there for lunch on Saturday. We were immediately greeted right after entering the restaurant. My friend is from Czech Republic and it was the first time he tried Korean food. He ordered BBQ pork bulgogi and I ordered kimchi jjigae. Since it was holiday, they did not have the lunch special (lunch boxes served at cheaper price but also with smaller portion). Yet we can still ordered the same dish just as larger portion and of course with a bit more money (which was totally worth it). The food was served with 6 plates of Korean side dishes (shared by two). The side dishes are nice, but I'm just not a big fan of pickled radish. As for my friend who was trying his first ever Korean food, he was absolutely blown away by the BBQ pork bulgogi. The pork was cooked really well, not to mention the just perfect seasoning. As for the kimchi jjigae, it was great (especially for winter since it can really warm you up by its spicy soup). The soup contained tofu, some beef, and of course lots of kimchi. Both dishes we ordered go well with the white rice provided. Next time, I would like to try the one with octopus. Definitely looking forward to that!

Rice and the other sides. Yum!

It's okay Korean Food, nothing spectacular. It will work if you don't have time on your own to make it.

Overpriced and small portions. Food is really not good at all. Very overrated. Don't waste your time and money

Beef bulgogi was fresh and had excellent flavor. Unfortunately the portions are very small for what you pay for you'll be hungry still.

This is a hidden hole in the wall gem!…read more Today was my second experience at the Four seasons Asian restaurant and it never disappoints. Four of us shared the Beef, Chicken, and Pork Bulgogi which was way more than enough food. The beef is the superior choice as the flavor is unmatched. But the pork and chicken were also delicious. Its comes with your own bowl of white rice and a platter filled with different types of kimchi and pickled veggies. We also shared an order of potstickers that were excellent as well. As your stomach protests you will never want to put the fork down as it is all incredible. Now I will say if you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. It is run by an elderly Korean couple and they are not quick but they know what they are doing so be patient and just enjoy the experience. There is a Korean market attached and both times we left with 2 jars of the cucumber Kimchi and the regular kimchi. So so so good! I highly recommend this place!

I was in Junction City for a short time and during my visit I found this amazing hidden gem on this…read moredesolated town. There are a few things to consider before visiting Four Seasons, being one of them that the owner, its a very sweet elder lady and also happens to be your only server and the cook for the entire business. So when visiting make sure that you go with plenty of time. The restaurant is not terribly busy all the time but on my two visits wait time was around 30-40 minutes before she brings me the food I ordered. That brings me to the next point: the food is AMAZING. I have visited Korea in the past and I can vouch that her homemade recipes are cooked with lots of love and tradition. Make sure not to take a long time thinking what to order, as I can promise that every plate she cooks is true to the Korean cuisine. The local is big and it has a very "homeish" style. It's very quite and location is somewhat discreet. Again, keep in mind that the entire business is ran by this elder lady and her husband. If you like'd to try my favorites from the menu, make sure to order the seasoned beef (bulgogi) and the spicy rice cake (I promise is not that spicy). I was incredibly satisfied and I give it a 9.2/10. The only thing they need to improve is to maybe hire somebody to help serving but obviously you can tell is a very small business and that is hard to be expected. I wish her well and that her business prosper more.
