The hibachi itself leaned too heavily on sauce to make up for the overcooked chicken, steak, and shrimp, it felt like the proteins took a back seat to the seasoning. On the bright side, the gyoza was delicious, crispy, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the appetizer. If we come back, it might just be for a couple orders of gyoza and a Sapporo.
