Patrice, the owner, hurt her knee and wanted to learn alternate ways to heal it. She became passionate about kryotherapy, educated herself and opened this location 6 years ago. Kryotherapy is 3 minutes, at least 180 degrees below 0 or more, which stimulates your adrenaline, metabolism, heart and so much more. You have to wear all cotton, knee highs, a face mask, head band to cover your ears and no jewelry. (Not sure about any of your personal issues, just ask!!!) Patrice is the bomb. Loved her! Very easy going and stays in the room while you are literally freezing your "arse" off! Lol. I could not go beyond 180 below 0 and needed the window slightly open due to my claustrophobia. But I MADE IT through my 3 mins. The key is to keep moving your body and having music playing helps. Not sure it's for me but they also offer kryotherapy facials that believe it or not reduce facial wrinkles and tighten the skin. That I am always down for!!! Hmmmmmm where do I start Patrice is cool as $h!t. Our first encounter blah however we discussed it like adults and laughed about it. We both could've done better. I've been curious about Kryotherapy for some time so I went. I was nervous had a fee questions which got answered I set my appt up for 4 weeks from that date. I called in the middle of the week and she changed it to a sooner date with no problem. I have anxiety and can be claustrophobic in certain space. I opted for the "Advanced" session I mean I like cold how bad could it be. It wasn't that cold to me, I do appreciate Patrice walking me through and standing outside. When that door closed and that ice snow fog whatever it was got to blocking my view I was in full F panic mode just was tight and everything. I could see my breath so I knew I was good at least that's what I told myself... I survived got dressed paid chatted some more order some sessions and slid out. I would say this after reading negative reviews and from my experience if there's an issue bring it to her attention first most likely it can get fix oppose to trying to air out dirty laundry on here. read more

I have had three reasons to go to kori kryotherapy and both times my reasons received amazing results! First time through was early January 2022, I was 37 weeks pregnant and my legs were swollen beyond capacity, I was in so much pain and couldn't walk without cringing with each step. (I was referred by Dr. Chris from trailhead chiropractic next door) to go try the normatec compression therapy for my legs. 30 minutes in those leg sleeves felt sooooo good. The squeezing during the compression felt heavenly on my legs and then the release. It was a wonderful cycle back and forth and when it was over my legs and feet looked and felt so good! It was like that feel good pain. I'll post before and after pictures. I went 3 times within a span of 7 days. Normatec compression therapy is used to release tension, increase blood flow, flushes lactic acid and lymphatic fluids and reduces pain and soreness. Second time I was about 7 weeks post partum and had aches in my legs so I went back and bought 3 more sessions. Reduced my aches and pains I think from not moving so well from my C-section. Now third time around, fast forward...I'm 5 months post partum and I was playing softball and blew out my right knee running home from third base. Now, I literally could not put any weight on my right leg. I had to use two bats as crutches and hobble my way back to the car. It hurt to even press the gas pedal. This was on Friday. Did the ice pack all weekend and just stayed off it. Ya So Monday I asked to come in and told her about my knee and she also recommended a local cryotherapy application directly to my knee. So Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I went in and did 30 minutes on the compression therapy, as soon as that was done I already felt a difference, I could bend my knee. It was a great relief, then I was hit with the local cryo for 10 minutes. (Don't be fooled, 10 minutes is all you need per session) but before that they applied some CBD gel on my knee.(which smelled amazing lol and felt amazing!) And then to end it the owner Patrice wrapped it with KT tape! (For added support) On the house! So tomorrow is a week Friday and what a difference. I can walk and bare weight and bend my knee. All thanks to the rehab therapy I received from kori kryotherapy. Go see Patrice and her kind and helpful team! They will fix you right up. I live about an hour away from you depending on traffic. This particular visit traffic was extra and I was late to my appointment. I communicated with the front desk lady and she informed me there's only a 15 min grace period. Got there exactly 15min late. I had invited my husband and had told him how wonderful and friendly the place and staff is. Unfortunately, because we were late we weren't treated friendly, we were rushed and dismissed rapidly right after. The room didn't have enough disposable towelettes, and they were not refrigerated as usual, the rubbing epson salt was almost empty. Tried to listen to music, and the sound was horrible, very static. Felt as if we were being punished for being late. Hubby was not impressed at all. I understand time is valuable for you as it is for myself but sometimes we have no control of how traffic will be. read more
