I got my eyebrows micro-bladed for the very first time today and first and foremost this spa is absolutely beautiful, clean and all staff is beyond professional! Being a male I was nervous having my brows done as I did not want them to look fake , drawn on or too thick/thin . OMG. I usually do not give a 5/5, but ladies, no lie, you will be in great hands if you decide to book any services here. Renova Spa is absolutely beautiful, welcoming and it's a clean establishment. Renia (the owner) has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable. I purchased the BBL Wood Therapy early 2022, and unfortunately, my Groupon voucher expired. When I called Renova Spa and spoke with Rania, I was able to book my two appointments. My second session, I was late due a work meeting and Renia was accommodating and flexible. Fast forward, I just finished my second treatment of Microneedling with StemCell. I was please to hear she purchased a higher grade of numbing cream, so I didn't experience any discomfort (yay). To be transparent, the first session (with Collagen) was uncomfortable only on my forehead and nose. Prior to the treatment, of course I was nervous despite the extensive research and amazing reviews I read. However, I was thinking to myself ("why did I purchase this, I hate needles") but Rania was comforting and she walked me through each step and provided with me instructions on how to care for my skin after the procedure was completed. We began our journey with Renova in April 2022 for post surgery assistance. Our initial consultation with the owner gave us an overview of the process - pretty transparent and well-disclosed expectations of the results. The first session took 3 hours for 3 different procedures. We were given the IONIC FOOT BATH DETOXIFICATION procedure by the owner herself, and her specialist handed us with documents on possible outcomes while we were seated on the chairs. After the session, the results were explained to us with 99.99% accuracy. The second and third procedures were very interesting. I noticed the immediate tightening of our skin. We are now getting to our 2nd month with Renova Spa. The owner and her staff are very professional in handling their work - very dedicated and conscientious, which I highly appreciate. I wish I had taken before and after photos! I have been coming to Renova spa since October for EMS treatments. Not only is my abdomen flatter, I have noticed improved core strength. Another thing I've noticed is I get really tired whenever I come for treatments - then I remember a session equals to 20 thousand sit ups! :) I have been on vacation for two weeks without working out and just been food tripping my entire trip and my stomach is still flat. I give this spa 5 stars for the excellent customer service provided by Rania. I had initially signed up for the body wrap but because it's not the old fashioned herb & cloth wrap and instead the more high tech version of an infrared heat wrap, it was a different experience for me. Also post a near fatal car accident I now find i have some claustrophobic syndromes I didn't know I had. Rania was very compassionate and conscientious in working with my anxiety on this. I was unable to complete my wrap sessions, so in lieu of a refund, Rania offered me the infrared sauna sessions and this worked out better for me. Suggest doing your homework for infrared wraps and saunas pertaining to weight loss. I'm sure they work well for some folk; for me it did not but was a pleasant experience in a very nice and clean environment. read more

I come here to get microneedling to help with my acne scarring. So far I've gone twice and I notice a difference in my skin. It's looking more radiant, and since my scars are deep it's going to take more sessions to help reduce the scarring.
