The hyperbaric oxygen chamber itself is spacious and relaxing, it has a small chair inside also. I was able to bring in my phone and headphones and just chill for about an hour while breathing in pressurized oxygen. By the end of the first few sessions, I noticed I was sleeping deeper, recovering faster from workouts, and had way more mental clarity during the day. Talked for a few minutes with the therapist about my pains and what I would like done. We started at about 6:08, I was disappointed when they said "ok bro" and walked out at 6:52. First off I wanna acknowledge that my massage therapist was nice enough - and everyone there seemed to be pretty nice in general. I'm leaving this review moreso to maybe bring awareness to the owner and folks working there ...ways to improve the service. Two stars is a low rating that I give begrudgingly (almost did 3 as I'm aware they were working on Fathers Day) but a few items just kinda ....need help here. Firstly - my masseuse didn't seem enthusiastic from the beginning. Felt very impersonal and quick to the point which is FINE - tho it does kinda bring on a sense of ...that they aren't glad you're there. In an attempt to build a little initial rapport in the beginning I asked - how long have you been massaging? "Like two years" How you liking it? "Ugh.,,it has its days" Okay so - clearly she's not super into the work which is fine, let's lay back and enjoy. I feel like my masseuse wasn't aware of the "oil to skin ratio" as almost immediately she began pulling hairs out of my back. I didn't speak up - because who wants to be in there an hour with someone who's annoyed. As the massage continued things I noticed were ...people were pretty loud talking outside the door , and generally a massage place is careful to ask the patrons to keep it down. As it greatly distracts from the relaxation aspect of the massage. Next I noticed the music ...which while totally subjective- was distracting as it went from calming aura music ...to what sounded like the end of a church sermon where they ask you to get saved...directly into a piano cover of pixies ....followed by Justin Beiber- then back to the aura music. I feel like...pick a lane and leave it there. As the massage continued- it just wasn't great - and felt very much by the play book - and rushed through (which actually was more than a feeling since we started at 1:05 and ended at 1:56) - it all felt rushed. Probably the most disappointing aspect of the massage was how it ended about three inches above the knee - disregarding some of the most stressed muscle groups of the human body... the gluteus Maximus, and upper thigh area. Skipping those groups was super disappointing and kinda made me feel like ...well...guess I'm gross! There are some aspects tho that at my wife's request I'll not include here - but I'll just say ...nevermind. The next to be skipped were the pectoral muscles. Really? We aren't ...like ....I just have never gotten a full body massage where those muscle groups were completely ignored ! Made me feel weird. Anyway- it ended as abruptly as it started and I was on my way to Chrio. Upon telling the the receptionist I had Chrio next she responded by saying "okay , first can we handle the tip ?" - My wife had already tipped my massage therapist ahead of time as this was a Father's Day gift. I said that to her and she apologized and took me to Chrio where there was only a small sized robe for me to wear (which I found funny and sang "fat guy in little robe" - which made her laugh. They were also out of face masks - so I just went in and used my gloved hand to help breathe. Crazy experience! Felt great after!!! Upon exiting and approaching the receptionist to say bye - she again asked me to tip the masseuse! This was a super awkward moment - as I said ...umm...yea so like I said my wife did that. She thought for a moment and then said "oh that's right! I'm sorry" - I said it's fine , and I left. So look, the massage just felt forced and not great- the lack of preparedness in the Chrio added to that , and the repeated ask for a tip was just not my normal experience at a massage place. I'm not naming my masseuse because I don't want anyone to be hurt by this post - but you guys should maybe have a meeting and just do better:) read more

After hurting my back for no apparent reason and suffering greatly for 2 days, some friends recommended I visit Simply Kneaded. I was able to get an appointment with Tasha the following afternoon by booking online. This appointment was a godsend. Tasha and I had a brief discussion during which she quickly and accurately determined my issue. Now this massage wasn't some feel good, bougie massage. We got down to business and she targeted the spot, including all areas that were connected to the issue at hand. She knew what she was doing. She was very in tune to how I was feeling based on my movements and frequently asked how I was. I walked in hoping I'd hop up from the table and be cured. Nope, I wasn't. I felt a lot of progress though. But as the night wore on it got better and better. We'll see what tomorrow holds but it feels like I am totally on the right track and a lot of progress was made on a big issue in 1 hour. I would absolutely visit Tasha again. The staff and owner here are absolutely terrific and so helpful! My family and I have been going here for about 6 months now, and all of the services that we have tried have been so beneficial on our separate health journeys. The owner, Kevin, and his staff are wonderful, so friendly, and really listen. They have all made great recommendations for services to try, all of which have been beneficial and improved my range of movement and overall body health, literally, from head to toe. The new cryochamber for full body cryo leaves me feeling refreshed and overall in a better mood, especially after a workout or if I have any sore and inflamed muscles. I have noticed that my healing process is tremendously improved after each session, and recovery is so much better. The cryoskin sessions have drastically assisted with the puffyness and fat reduction in my face! I get comments on my cheekbones all the time now. Alysha is the staff member I see; she leaves my face glowing every time, not to mention how knowledgeable she is! Well ive been a customer of this business for over 15 years. Back when it was iust the owner doing chair and table massages. We had a business and he would come every few weeks and give chair massages to the employees. And currently i am a member here as well. But.. I cant understand why this company chooses to not have any masks for any of its employees including the therapists that are giving massages. At no time in the 30 min(my therapist was late) sitting in the lobby did I see any sanitizing of surfaces being done. I dont know if the company doesnt believe we are in a medical situation currently as a nation or what. Politics adise they just arent looking out for there customers or there employees safety at all. Just had an awesome massage here. It's been more than a year since I first came, and the experience was wonderful once again. Anthony is a Gentle Giant. He made feel very comfortable, as I am used to usually having female therapists. Had a tightness on my lower back and had trouble moving comfortably. After an hour I was up and running. I fell down the stairs and my spine and left side of my ribs were acquainted with everything single step. I laid there in pain and fighting for every breath. It was a good fall I felt like I went skiing without the skis . I went to the emergency room, no broken ribs I was banged up a bit. Swollen and little sore, the next was a great day to finally try out the cryotherapy. I scheduled an appointment for a 30 minute massage and had the introductory cryotherapy. I didn't know what to expect but I believed it would reduce my swelling and inflammation and it did not disappoint. After the session I felt great. Update 11/6/19: I'm saddened that two of the girls I've gone to for years are no longer there. I treated myself to a massage on my birthday and have to say how incredibly sad and upset I was. I was literally near tears driving away because on my birthday I was so unhappy with my massage. I felt guilty and embarrassed for being a grown ass woman who wanted to cry all because I was that unhappy from a massage I got for my special and rare day I had alone without kids. Let me say that I'm sure the girl that performed my massage is a nice person. BUT her technique in massage was horrendous. She was PINCHING my ARMPITS. Who DOES THAT?! In allll my years of going to get massages that has never once been done on me. Not to mention, id flinch and and show discomfort, and I'd sigh and she had no regard. I've completely lost trust in going there to someone good. It's an expensive price to pay to test out a new person once your usuals leave. This is the absolute worst business in Temecula. Yesterday I booked an appointment online for Kim and when I arrived she was not there and there were no other openings so they turned me away. I booked another appointment for the next day, today, with Stanley and when I arrive they tell me Stanley is not there. Nobody else is available either. The front desk girl said the manager was supposed to call me to let me know before I drove all the way out there but of course I got no call from any manager. This happened to me a year ago as well at this same location. This is no fluke. These people do not know how to run a business. Customer service means nothing to them. I wish I could give them zero stars but I have to give them 1 star for it to register. Avoid this place. They're not worthy of your business nor mine. read more

I've had great massages here by numerous providers, for the most part I have been pleased with most so I think they do well screening who they hire. 2 complaints- often the 60 min massage starts late and ends early, maybe 10 min on either end. The second is I had a coupon for $35 table massage which they told me I could not use despite there being no expiration date.
