When this place first reopened, their gas prices were routinely 2-3 cents higher than the Tom Thumb down the road, but now they are the same. There is a deli/lunch counter in here, run by the (ex-?) manager of the Local Yokel over in East Milton. I haven't had any food from this location yet, and I don't think that I will until they do something about the awful stench. I don't know if it's because the building was closed up for a year and a half, but it smells like there's an open sewer line inside. A truly funky smell. Too, the food part of the business closes at 4, which is retarded. That's about 2 hours too late to capture the lunch crowd and 2 hours too early to lure in people getting off of work and going home. I'm not in charge, so I don't get to set their hours, but this decision makes absolutely no sense. If you are going west on Berryhill, getting out of here is like flipping a coin about whether or not to shoot a bird at Death. The traffic can be horrible, and some people are doing 50 mph while others are driving 20 mph. I've actually made a right out of here, turned into the hospital, and then pulled back out to go west. I dislike waiting for 10 minutes for a break in traffic that much and am very aware of my mortality.

She has brought her recipes and her cook with her to this location. I had the cheesesteak sub which was fabulous. the price was less then $5 for the sub, fries and drink. I would have paid twice that at any other place. she has a great breakfast and lunch menu. I am glad she has her restaurant in this location now because on a blizzard day like today, I was able to eat inside where it was warm.

Ive had three…read moredifferent women claim to be the pharmacy manager over the phone trying to tell me mistakes they regularly make "aren't the stores fault, its Walgreens policy". Yet when I call into Corporate customer service to ask about these "policies" Im told that no such "policy" is in place with Walgreens and it sounds more like the Milton Walgreens has poorly trained staff. The lady named Kim, who is one of the women claiming to be the pharmacy manager, told me today that Walgreens isnt able to accept Power of Attorney's or court approved Guardianship paperwork (documents that allow an individual to handle medical and/or financial needs for another individual) because "well anyone can get online these days and make whatever document they want, so we just cant take those. That's why we need the Walgreens privacy document signed and approved, which can take weeks to get approved." When I asked this Kim lady why she felt that a legally approved document that allowed me to aid in the medical care of my Autistic young adult child and my elderly cousin with Dementia wasnt acceptable to Walgreens pharmacy but a privacy statement was, she told me that "it was store policy". So because I keep signing their privacy documents on behalf of my family members, which Im legally allowed to do, the Milton Walgreens "pharmacy managers" wont allow me to have prescription medication delivered to our home, and instead keep canceling my order HOURS after I paid for the delivery of the medication(s) all because "Well, you are all individual people and you're all over 18 years, so we need each individual to have their own account and have their individual prescriptions delivered. Its Walgreens policy." So I just keep call Walgreens Corporate Customer Service, who keeps telling me that my legal documents are fine, the Milton store should NOT be charging me three delivery fees (for thee seperate delivery drivers) to have a families prescription medication delivered to the same address, AND it sounds like the staff at the Milton Walgreens pharmacy are very poorly trained. Recently I even had a very sweet, chatty Walgreens customer service agent tell me that Walgreens Leadership has recieved a great deal of complaints about this pharmacy and there are notes in the system that Walgreens Leadership is about to step in. I truly hope that is true and that Wagreens Leadership will take the necassary steps to get properly trained personnel in place before one of this stores made up policies ends up hurting someone!!
