The soft tissue manipulation is what those of us need after surgery (and even without). I'm grateful when rehab doesn't consist of modalities (tens unit, etc) and instead spends time working the muscular system and strength building. Once you get in months after scheduling an evaluation, be persistent with calling so you can get in for appointments. I received severe surgery and needed to learn how to walk again, and going weeks without rehab when needed caused me to not walk as soon as I should have. The issue is across all Frazier Rehab locations, though. While they do put surgery patients in top priority, that's how long it took for top priority, eek. I was only able to get in once a week (when needing twice) for over a month. However, by being persistent, I've been able to get in twice a week by calling and getting into canceled slots. Top notch care, and the only place I will visit for rehab.

Totally unacceptable, I would stay away from here and I will be letting my doctor know not to recommend them as well. I can't control the schools schedule and this just adds salt to the wound.

Needs some Rehabilitation for itself…read more I had a recent hernia repair that caused me to hit the reset button on my very physically fit lifestyle. My doctor recommend an option for Physical Therapy to ease back into exercise and to make sure that I protected my repair since it can take almost a year to fully heal. I was recommend to this location by a friend of mine who had a similar injury. When I initially called Dunn and Associates I was greeted by a receptionist that was very friendly but not informative. I kept asking questions like what to expect, what to wear, and how much my insurance would cover for the service. Even though I gave my insurance information over the phone and describe my reasons for physical therapy, I was told that all information would be addressed in my initial consultation. When I arrived for my initial consultation I was told it was actually my first therapy visit and I would have to pay my copay. I was extremely put off by this, because I made the appointment before work and was dressed in a skirt and office jacket. I was not prepared to pay or participate in a session. I even commented to receptionist that when I made the reservation over the phone she should have instructed me on what to bring and that money would be due. It was not that I didn't expect a cost, but I would have like to known the price so I could save my money or even postpone my first appointment so I could pay at time of service if the amount would have been substantial. I have had two physical therapy sessions so far. Most of the therapy is related to Pilates and protecting the core. I receive very detailed instructions and handouts for me to practice moves at home. They constantly ask me to have weights and a small ball at home, but I keep telling them they should offer this as apart of their rehab service since it is required for my at home therapy routine. I have seen some improvements with movements and think that the therapy is really helping me in getting back to shape. I am still bothered that this office just seems generally disorganized when I arrive and on communicating what is expected about the therapy process. I could not imagine being older and not understanding what was needed to get the best results from my therapy. I am happy with the Physical Therapist I have, but feel like all the non medical staff needs to learn more about the business to have better customer service. Few more weeks and I trade this office for my Gym.

Making appointments are easy to make by phone or my chart once you are an established patient. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. They take their time accessing your problem and listen to what works for you. Love they load your exercises in an app that play videos to follow. This is a great way to use in the future in case you have the issue again. They got rid of my back pain and back with arm issues. They definitely get the job done!

I called to cancel an appt due to my child falling ill suddenly got no answer. Called back @9a.m and was told I would get a $35 fee after I just paid Julie $400 out of pocket. The girl got smart accused me of holding a spot from another patient. I ask her to stop arguing and let me speak with her manager and she stated you stop! I have never been to an office where staff runs off business! I will never go back as long as she has that lady in her office and I'm reporting this to the medical society and boards. The manager got on the phone and backed up the girls behavior! It was uncalled for just to look at shoes! This wasn't an appt for his feet! It was an appt to see his new shoes! This was not worth $35 dollars cancelations fee!

From the front desk staff to the facility to the therapist it truly is one of the best offices I have been to. They truly care about their patients and put a lot of thought and effort into treatment.
