The front desk, far from being snarky or unpleasant, are instead full of smiles and kindness and have always been fast and helpful. At least that has been my experience at every single one of my visits and never have I noticed any example where the spirit of aloha was missing. I have been cared for at every visit by APRN Brenda Kemp, who has been nothing short of spectacular. She has a sense of humor but is also gentle and careful. With me she has always been unbelievably personable and never stuffy or disrespectful in any way, but quite to the contrary treated me like a human being, and that has meant a lot to me. I have lost count of the number of times I've been to doctor's offices and been treated like a dirty sock. It's so nice to have a medical professional smile with you and treat you with dignity. That's why I just really could not relate to any of those negative reviews at all. I'm very sorry that the other patients had a bad experience and I wish their medical issues had been resolved in a better way. I can only say that my own problems have been addressed very well and I am very happy with this medical office. It is very easy for me to give them five stars.

She got nasty with me and grabbed my arm ( while I'm sitting there with a paper gown on and had NEVER even met her).... Even when administering cryogenic therapy, she distracts me from feeling the stings by engaging in friendly conversation. I have had 3 skin cancers and she has made it a point to drop everything to provide same day treatment so I won't have to make another trip. Conrad Tirre wanted to give my daughter general anesthesia and be intubated for something minor. Ridiculous!!! I am a very experienced Registered Nurse with 20+yrs experience and I have been around all types of sedation. I myself give patients light/moderate sedation and his assessment and recommendation seemed waayyy over the top and didn't settle well with me. when I asked him if this was what other doctors would normally do...he abruptly responded with "I don't know what others would do, but this is what I would do!". He was very short and abrasive with his comment. His willingness to put my young daughter under general anesthesia and intubate her is deeply upsetting to me as parent. Fortunately we found a dermatology surgeon on Oahu and she said that it was ridiculous as well and that it's an easy procedure that is usually done under "local" anesthesia which means a couple of injections of lidocaine. Simple, straightforward, very low risk, and no where near the risks that comes with being put to sleep with a tube down your throat that Dr. Tirre wanted to do. I'm glad I did my due diligence and got a second opinion and even willing to get a third and go to the mainland if necessary. I know the resources on the Big Island is limited but your health and well being is worth it!!

Dr. Hiranaka did an excellent job, throughly explained everything and always made me feel comfortable. Then, after the implant an unexpected issue developed in that there was a small gap between the gum line and the implant. I was really concerned that it would remain that way for ever, but Dr. Hiranaka stepped up, did a fascinating "gum grafting procedure" that worked, problem resolved ! Absolutely amazing how he was able to graft in tissue that then grew in to close the gap. I never imagined that plastic surgery could be so natural and holistic.

The provider stood 3 feet away, barely examining my skin condition and said "I just don't know". Her advice was a steroid shot and said the following day would be much better. When I had zero results I called the office the following day for a recommended next step or referral. The medical provider never returned my call so I called the following day at 8:30am again, informed the receptionist my call went unanswered the day prior and asked to speak with the provider a second time. The provider got on the line and said she had no suggestions. I paid $170 for an office visit and $50 for the steroid shot which was a complete waste. I asked again if the provider was trained in dermatology and she said yes but came across as apathetic, uncertain and clueless on how to proceed. Don't waste your time.

I had been seeing Belinda for Dysport/Filler for several years now. The results were good until…read morethis past year, In 2024 I booked a Buy One Get One free promotion special through Vagaro and paid in advance. I received one filler and was saving the other for a later date. In 2025 I booked my appointment to use the filler. While sitting in the chair Belinda said she could not do the filler due to the bluish tint under my skin, Belinda said "You've had too much filler" well she had been my only trained provider, and I followed her schedule as to when next filler should be done. but rather than say you have Tydall Effect , which is caused by filler being superficially injected which will need to be dissolved, she did not take any responsibility or suggest she could dissolve it. So I waited for the blue tint to dissolve on it's own. I tried to rebook with her again in 2025, calls went unreturned, as did emails, seems they were rerouted to someone named Rebecca rather than the provider. Now I do not know this Rebecca, never seen her, not my provider I do know she works at Hilo Hospital. So I'm now receiving calls from a unknown number from a person who is speaking on behalf of Belinda. I still have the payment for filler on her books and want to use it before moving to a provider who is more transparent and professional, who doesn't mix up appointment dates and blames the client when I have all the confirmations and locations on hand, and who actually is there when you do have an appointment,, I did find an awesome person who spotted the Tyndall Effect straight away, and I paid her to dissolve it. So I'm not hearing from the Natural Results, my calls/emails.texts are being routed to a Rebecca who is unknown to me and I wanted my funds returned as not getting the filler I paid for. I filed a dispute with my bank and since Belinda was given ample time to reply to my bank, which she did not the dispute was in my favor and my account was credited.
