I'm overweight, I eat bad, I drink too much... and this class almost killed me!! In a totally good way. It's hard, really hard. You work at a high intensity pace for 60 minutes and can burn up to 800 calories. It is no joke. You can make modifications of things if you can't do certain things, but you will still work hard. You will sweat like you never have before! The thing I loved the most was that it was a great work out, but I didn't wake up in lots of pain. I felt great everyday.
