I had known her for a couple of months and finally asked her how she looked so great and she told me all she does is pilates and so I decided right then to try it out and I haven't looked back since. Susan and Nancy are both Romana's certified and are very skilled instructors. I always feel safe and comfortable while there. After a few lessons I started noticing better posture and overall just a better awareness of my body, and now I am thrilled with the changes I've made. If you are considering trying pilates DO IT! The pilates reformer classes alone are worth dropping by for a killer workout at a reasonable price point. The pilates instructors are all wonderful and their workout/instruction styles vary. Maggy and Cate are two of the best pilates instructors I've ever come across - I take their classes and I walk out feeling like I am both a jelly roll and also the strongest person on planet earth lol. This is the premiere pilates studio in the area - can't tell me otherwise. I appreciate the variety of other classes (yoga flow, barre, dance, strength & conditioning) to make sure you cross-train your body. Stephanie is a great instructor who is friendly and has a warm smile. The studio is beautiful and all the equipment is included and everything is clean and in great condition... and most importantly, I felt like it was a judgement-free zone.
