This was my 5th round of physical therapy at Riverside Medical for different problems which have all been successful. My Physical Therapist was Allison and she had me back to 100% after only 6 weeks. Allison knows how to rehab injuries and she focuses on doing the exercises correctly and slowly while building up strength around the injury. She always gives me exercises to do at home daily. I am now back to full strength with no apprehension when climbing stairs or squatting. I would highly recommend Riverside Medical Physical Therapy if you want to rehab an injury. He is very pleasant, talks to you very thoroughly making sure to answer ALL of your questions and concerns. My husband has went to him twice in a week sometimes for follow up care and the doctor has never made him feel rushed. He is very respectful and really gets to know his patients lifestyle, background and gives you the sense that he's listening rather than getting his prescription pad out, like more physicians do. The appointments are never rushed either. We plan to refer as many friends, coworkers and family to Dr. Stefanuik and plan to be his patients for years to come! :)

But now under Endeavor, I can't quite recommend. The hospital food when you're a patient and require overnight stay has definitely downgraded. They used to actually make the food--baked real muffins, cooked real food on stoves. Everything now seems like it's prepackaged in a steam/microwavable bag. For our most recent L&D my husband thought "they can't ruin rotisserie chicken." It was like skinless, boneless chicken breast that they microwaved. Possibly seasoned. But that does not make it a rotisserie chicken--the rotisserie implies it's been spinning in a rotisserie oven. Literally after giving birth, the muffin and cottage cheese I ordered were prepackaged like something you buy at a gas station, and in a little tiny plastic 1/4 cup. After laboring and delivering a human. The hospital is pinching pennies. And after having called over the phone to pay our bills and ensure that our balance was paid, we are still receiving bills saying we have a balance. Every few months later we get new ones. What is this scam? We did have great nurses. That's probably the only good thing about the hospital--but even they have to change their care routines to fit into the expectations of a for profit hospital now compared to before. Such a shame.

People sitting in the waiting areas hooked up on Iv's . Allowing Elderly people to just be sitting there shaking in so much pain . The front desk staff has Zero empathy and are just nasty women .The Mexican girl or whatever she is with the frizzy curly hair is beyond vile , the way she talks to people is horrendous! Waiting OVER six hours for severe chest pain and dizziness isn't okay. I understand severe emergencies come first , but we witnessed people coming in with non life threatening injuries come and go before so many others who desperately needed attention first . We witnessed a woman so fed up with her over five hour wait time that she pulled her iv out herself and just left the needle sitting on the wheelchair , and walked out ! The needle just sat there exposed for a long time. The ER was so filthy ! Trash left everywhere , vomit bags in the floor , and dirty blankets just laying around . In six hours Not one time did anyone come and disinfect anything or clean a thing! I could go on and on. We finally just left and went else where for treatment . I will never return to this hospital.

Our spunky & independent Mom loved Dr. B's refreshingly direct, blunt, and honest way of communicating with her. Because our Mom admired Dr. B's knowledge and appreciated Dr. B's sense of humor, Mom followed Dr. B's advice. As Mom grappled with dementia in her final couple of years, each of us 4 adult children interacted more and more with Dr. B. and her wonderful staff. The physical therapist on staff at Dr. B's office, Kevin, worked patiently with our Mom each week to keep her moving. At every step of the way, Dr. B. was responsive, compassionate, and helpful to all of us. During Mom's very last days, Dr. B. gave clear direction to everyone to make our Mom's passing as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Dr. B. is a great doctor and a great person.
