I had a work meeting that day but I rescheduled it to keep the massage appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early for my appointment as these planes typically have paperwork to be filled out. After fifteen minutes of being ignored, someone finally told me that my massage therapist wasn't coming in and was cancelling my appointment. They claimed that they did not have my phone number, even though we texted back and forth several times. I called to reschedule the massage but none of my phone calls were returned.
