He has provided me with a lot of information and great advice as a property owner, however, it was not "free legal advice" as I am not a stripper, and he is not a prostitute. Overall, Justin is knowledgeable, personable, responsive and really can "sheik" things up for you if you have landlord/tenant issues. Heads up - he absolutely will NOT take "boob money" when you hire him to save "yurbooti", so pull yourself together and make sure you understand his payment terms. There are so many intangible benefits to working with Justin, the existing rating system just doesn't apply...five stars doesn't begin to cover it...my only option is to tell you that I would give him "sixty-nine" stars if I could!! Paid Harry $300 to review a business lease and purchase agreement. Payment went well. After that…read moreit was a cluster F. Everything went wrong. He said he sent a review of the lease in writing, and he sent the lease back, but the notes included were blank. We set up a time for a phone consultation. We sent him a google calendar link to confirm, he never answered. At the appointed time he was not there. He called later and said why wern't we their. We ask for a $300 refund (not much money for a lawyer) and he refused. He had more energy in fighting the refund than he did is helping my son and daughter in law reviewing the business lease.
